The store was clean and well stocked. The customer service was good. Found what we needed and ordered on line clearance items as well. Had some good prices in store, too. This is a nice Home Depot.

I returned a unopened can of polyurethane. The cashier asked to see my ID and I showed her and instructed her not to scan my ID into her computer. She did it anyway. Requested to speak with manager who said in order for me to return item their "policy" is to scan ID. I bought the item with my HD credit card and had the refund put back on the card. HD Doesn't need to scan my ID into your computer. This is a blatant disregard for my privacy.

Store is always clean and has friendly staff.

Jackson and Jared J. along with a few other employees are extremely helpful and made shopping there more enjoyable. The store had all my products needed and the store was clean and the associates were friendly and super helpful.

Associates at this particular Home Depot seem to always go above and beyond in their help. They are never in a hurry to just help you and then be on their way.

The staff and management in this store always go above and beyond with customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

We drive further and pass the Home Depot by on Market Place just to go to this one. Employees are so much friendlier from our experience at this location.

Been to lots of Home Depots in lots of cities over many years. Never have I had as amazing an experience as I did at #0482 (West end Home Depot in Flagstaff) on Sept 21, 2019. It was a Saturday and of course the place was busy. BUT I have NEVER had so many staff around every corner, asking if I needed help. Amazing. Just amazing. I probably talked with 5-6, all pleasant and very helpful. In Hardware, LOOK FOR ROBERT. He knows everything and is cheery. Christian was my "personal shopper" and walked me all over to find what I wanted. I was there 3 hours and amassed a pile of all kinds of things, lots of little things, but JADEN, the manager of cashiers who checked me out, was superb. Just superb. Should be the store manager, exc the current manager should not leave, as I don't want anything to change! Great job!

This store is always neat Clean and Friendly If there is something you are looking for Just ask one of the employees They will either Tell You where to find find what You are looking for or they may take to what you are looking for is located

I love how they organize the massive collection of products here. I'm probably gonna come back soon- thinking of buying land and making a cabin to chill during the quiet months... And I know where I'll get supplies now! I would like to make one suggestion though... At Best Western we have 'bam grams' for when we nail customer service. If cashiers had a small stack of such things I could fill one out to thank the folks that helped me.. before forgetting their names.

Home depot screwed up my order again the worst guest service the only person who stepped up to help was Lillian she went the extra mile to call the other stores to help me. Cottonwood prescott all bad only good thing about this store is Lillian

Great customer service

This particular store has items specific to what I need based on the location where I live. Simple things like vinyl rain gutters, specific paint etc that the east store did not have. Very happy about associates who were available to offer assistance in nearly every aisle I was on.

Great store, easy to shop in, excellent customer service

This store is fine for homeowners doing small dyi projects. But if you are a contractor and need to order materials or a lumber package, you will wait and wait and wait for your goods to arrive. This is the second time I have been burned by a promise of materials being a few days out and taking over a month, and now promised 3 weeks out and is looking like it will take 5 weeks, if in fact the special order front door does arrive at this latest of promised dates. Additionally, last summer I ordered a $15,000 lumber package from the cottonwood Az Home Depot, and they sent me all of their twisted, warped, split, lumber. If you are a contractor, don’t expect timeliness or accountability from Home Depot special orders.

Superb customer service ! Just about everything you need is in stock.

The staff at #0482 were very helpful and friendly. We were able to go in get what we needed and back out.
