I shopped at this store last week and Michael in hardware was just excellent and very helpful.

We tried to rent a shop vac to which we were told they had one but it was broken, but we could buy one in aisle 11! Paint employee did not want to help and when I gave him a can to shake he put it in the shaker but did not shake it, then kicked it opened and slammed the paint down on the counter.

I think you took advantage of my wife by sellinf her the most expensive wood 1/4 round for the bath when she needed the least expensive non wood 1/4 round.

Was disappointed that there was no stock of the water heater I selected and placed in my shopping cart. The system they set up for buying and having it installed was superior to other stores. The prices were great. The staff was not sufficient but at least the ones still there knew their jobs well. Reliable staff is hard to maintain in these times. Kudos for giving it your best. When our water heater is up and running, circle back, and I'm sure I will have more to add

We purchased a refrigerator today and the sales associate was outstanding. He was attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable and clear on all details.

I love this store. I work in the area and will be utilizing this store on a regular basis. I bought a bathroom exhaust fan. This location had a wide variety to choose from. The staff there were excellent and very helpful.

Just purchased a 4 piece LG kitchen appliance set. Randy was our sales associate. WOW. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us today. We had a very specific size for the fridge and felt a little defeated in our options but he took so much time to show us options and show us the discounts and specials available. He even noticed in the checkout that the discounts were not ringing properly and took the initiative to grab a manager to fix the issue. He really exceeded our expectations and provided excellent customer service to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. & if you’re shopping for appliances, ask for Randy.

Very nice store,just wish they had more electric wire,,needed 12/2 250 feet yesterday,,none on shelf,a worker tryed to tell me i needed 6/2 wire not sure where he got this info but i am not wiring a warehouse,,just a outside water pump to a little fountain,,

I was very pleased with the help that I received from Savannah G. in the garden and small tools area. She knew what she was doing and was very familiar with the tools and how they were used. I will shop this store again and again!

Some days it is extremely busy and the milwaukee products were lacking the last time I was in there, but today they had remodeled their milwuakee stands and restocked the milwaukee pack out carts that I have looked everywhere for at 3 or 4 different home depot locations.

If your in need of lumber ask for Tyler. He is a exceptional at his job. I needed a piece of plywood and needed it cut in half. Tyler helped me pick the right piece for my needs and cut it to my exact measurements.Thanks Tyler for your help today
