I've been going to this store since the day it opened. Always a great experience and always have everything I need at great prices. The workers are great, some I've known for years and the news ones are great as well. Love coming here. OH!!!! and the Hot Dog lady is back FINALLY!!!

I have shopped at many Home Depots in my life and had a very positive visit. The Altamonte Springs store stands head and shoulders above the rest for their overall staff friendliness, spotless store, and choice of merchandise.

Bonnie Beraldi made my shopping experience for a home project a very pleasant one! She noticed the confused and indecisive look I had and assisted me without hesitation. Guiding me effortlessly like the blind and helpless soul I was. I felt soo comforted and reassured by her expertise. So glad she was around to help!

Took me a few visits to finally decide on window treatments. The associate was very helpful, patient and considerate. Because of her, Josie, and her manager Bree, I now have a trust with that store that I don't have with other home improvement stores.

Never have I had such a bad experience in your store. While waiting in line to pay, Gemma very rudely told me to wait while she counted her money. She never said please or I’m sorry , she she told me to wait and completely ignored me. I then went to the other cashiers line and she was a little more friendly but not much.

rude didn't care to do her job, had no care to even pay attention to customer too busy trying to talk with other boys. line took for ever to move didn't even bag my items, took three times to hand her my money

I bought an item online, picked up, and the two employees Claude and the Desennys(sorry for wrong spelling). The only thing that was upsetting, no instructions to mount dora. So now, door's not properly installed. Big disappointment also, your online site is not friendly at all. Lots of frustration, I had to call a few times for help, and I'm not stupid or slow, I work for a bank so I think I'm pretty smart LOL and one agent on the phone was so incredibly rude that I had to report him. But these folks at both store locations in Altamonte springs and Apopka went above and beyond. I know it's not easy to deal with customers who are upset but I was not even cursing or yelling at the guy on the phone he just didn't care about my issue and felt it was all about getting money back for free. I don't need for anyone to give me anything for free because I have money, God provides everything I need.

I needed to find a screw for a car sun visor I replaced that didn't come with one so I headed to Home Depot, confident the employees would help me because it had a particular thread that had to match to work. And of course, I wasn't let down because while Bonnie in Hardware initially assisted me, she couldn't locate the item I needed so instead of sending me on to another store, she got Joe who had just clocked in and he found it right away! I now have my new sun visors securely in place! Thanks Bonnie and Joe!

Being a new home owner I have been shopping at Home Depot a lot and I am happy I have always chose the forest city location because the service is incredible.

I needed help with my purchase after looking for assistance, I went to customer service and asked Cherish for assistance. She was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. After waiting for assistance 10 minutes after the call, I went back to tell Cherish no one has come to assist me. She argued with me and refused to call an associate. I explained by that time I spent nearly 30 mins in total since arriving at the store and I was frustrated not being helped. She finally called someone again. They finally came after another 10 mins. Needless to say that I still got the wrong item and will now have to return it to the store.

I came in lost and not knowing what I needed but was quickly provided the information and assistance by Marie in the cabinet area. She was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me decide and order everything I needed and things I didn't even know that I would need. She made the trip a complete and easy transaction.

Got exceptional, first class service at this store. Floor Associates were very helpful. Special mention of the great check-out experience I got from 'Ron' (Sales Cashier). Keep it up.

Best customer service.

The store was very organized and clean. Marie Baity in the Kitchen & Bath design department. She helped me through the whole process of getting everything I needed for my kitchen project. She was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped with ideas to make my project more efficient. She was awesome!

This location is a breath of fresh air! The stores overall cleanliness, organization, an functionality was five stars through and through! Products are easily accessible and inventory can easily be found. The staff is helpful, friendly, and just overall tend to make my trips that much more pleasurable, even on my busiest of work days!

This rating is for Charlie Mountz who work in this store. If you are looking to purchase an appliance, ask for Charlie Mountz. He is the most kind, patient, knowledgeable and considerate sales associate that I have ever encountered at this store. Charlie takes his oath and commitment to service and please the customers seriously. I am so glad he’s there to assist and provide much needed knowledge to those who didn’t do our homework before we decided to purchase home appliances.

Ronnie was unpleasant, had the worse experience ever shopping at Home Depot. If I could a negative score I would. Not happy with service level I received and not if I will be back.

This is quite easily the best Home Depot in the Orlando area! From the cleanliness to the passion that all the employees exude, this place is unbeatable! Always have an amazing experience here and really enjoy checking out with Mikenya! She is top notch in customer service and satisfaction. Long term knowledgeable employees that have been at the store for 20-30 years!! I see the same faces for years!! Cant say that about other Home Improvement stores as you barely see them after a year??

Charlie Mountz was our salesperson! We have never had an employee sit down and take the time he did to help us! We were very pleased with our experience.

If you need appliances and want someone who is not pushy but knowledgeable and helpful, look for Charlie Mountz. I will be back!

Home and Garden section was stocked and clean. Amarise was my cashier, she was very professional and friendly.

All the staff in this Home Depot branch were very helpful, polite, and courteous. They pay attention to detail. I will definitely come back to this branch for all my future projects. :-)

Was trick to buy floor model tool with battery. And had plans to buy a new battery for my screw gun or new kit. But got sucked to buy floor model and that battery just as bad. Now stuck with 2 bad battery. Now i got to buy a another new set . Went to store to return or refund but they told me im out of luck before no return on that item. If i need or told. I would have a new set with new battery. Now i got to shop somewere else and change brands all together on tools.

our local HD store is a friendly and accessible alternative to other nearby choices. customer service is great and always eager to help. I would make it a first choice for home improvements if not already.
