I've been looking for this very hard-to-find and popular item for a few years. The store manager personally handled my purchase several days in advance of my being able to swing by and pick it up. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes - on a Saturday, no less! This will be a fantastic addition to Halloween decor!

The Home Depot in Freeport has always been a mess and a pain point, even after the last expansion it's not any better. The only reason it does the business it does is because of the location. The store is understaffed understocked, and the Isles are blocked with unpacked merchandise. To top it off the plane close security guy has a real attitude issue. Good luck!

I am happy with the purchases I made today

Surrounded by a variety of tiling stores. Home Depot is on top of its game with samples, colors, styles, and, most important Prices that are unbeatable.

Ms. Val the cashier made my shopping experience very pleasant, I was waiting on line with a bag of cement on my shoulder and she immediately went outside and got me a shopping cart. She really care about others. Ms. Val is a very caring and a sweet person.

I got to say I have been to a lot of Home Depot stores but this one is rated truly one of the best. The staff was great and were available (didn’t have to run around looking for someone that’s a plus by itself. The fact that they had what I was looking for is another plus.

much better than any other HOME DEPOT so far. Most of the other store you can't even find any employees for help. This store was good and also the store was organize comparatively to other stores.

I went shopping for outdoor motion detector flood lights yesterday and the cashier that assisted me was exceptionally helpful in finding the precise product I wanted plus guiding me to obtain a home depot credit card which provided a $ 50 savings for that day's purchase.

I went to the Freeport and Home Depot on November 10 and the return line was about 45 minutes long 20 people, deep and one person named Ray REY if it wasn't for Ray being so kind and sweet and for his great demeanor that would have been people yelling and screaming on the line. It is ridiculous that one person had to handle all those people with no health, he also spoke different languages to people that were on the line. I think he's a huge asset and a great employee of Home Depot. He had a smile on his face in a really crappy situation. Please give him a raise - not many people could have handled what he handled like a gentleman

I always search the three closest Home Depot Stores to see which one has a particular item. They are miles apart, when I get to the store the item isn't there. Now I have to drive further. There are empty racks that have the item name but no items. When I search for an item how come the number it shows are never correct.

EVERYONE IS SO PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! ARNIE IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT AT DETERMINING THE RIGHT COLOR FOR MY MOLDING. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! IN MY LAST FEW VISITS, CANEI (CLARK) HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. HE CAME UP WITH SUGGESTIONS I HADN'T THOUGHT OF FOR MY BASEMENT FLOOR PROJECT.

As an operations manager with over 25 years of experience, six sigma green belt and basic common sense, this store drives me crazy. Firstly you have some very, and I mean very knowledgable staff, who know their departments inside and out. The gentleman in the plumbing section, one of the young ladies in paint, and a few others are rock stars. Then you have the bad, they are consistently doing replen, in the middle of the store, the staff almost knocks down and runs over the customers, people are often wandering around looking for help in aisles. I have numerous times been directed to wrong locations and turned corners to find associates on their phones hiding from cameras. The layout--- WHEWWWWWW the layout, please don't get me started on the layout of the store. Like items are not grouped, combination items, like receptacles and 6-32 screws in longer lengths are across the store from one another. Then there is the coup de gras, the checkout, drives me nuts. You have self checkout then THEY HAVE ASSOCIATES CHECKING YOU OUT in the SELF CHECKOUT LANES.... with 10-15 sometimes even 20 people in line. Here's a tip that someone with an operations background really shouldn't have to tell the person who runs a multimillion dollar store like this, if you open the regular checkout lanes, and have the associates who check us out in the self checkout lanes do regular checkout, guess what you now have double the registers. GASPS look at that, I just solved your 25 min wait times to check out. Seriously this place needs to do better.

Overall the store provides with every products you need/expect from it. My only concern is that sometimes I couldn't find the price tags of the item or the item is mispriced.

Mark in the Plumbing Department was incredibly helpful! My plumbing skills are novice at best. Mark walked me through the entire process of fixing my plumbing emergency.

I purchased from this store last week, got what I needed within 5 minutes.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved anywhere

Julie, our saleswoman was super. We purchased a dishwasher from her and she was great. We had no problems with the purchase and she followed us thru the purchase with genuine knowledge and courtesy. It was a pleasure doing business with Julie

When I go to this store workers are never around to help. When they are to busy to help. Lines always long to check out. Workers don't care to help.

Store 1206 , our experience was amazing truly above and beyond from the moment we walked in the store to the second we walked out of the store every employee was customer friendly with smiles on their faces &very helpful Julie in appliances was amazing, she will have all my daughter sales for her home ,the store manager was also above and beyond, thank you for running such a great store with great staffs

Went to return a lawn sprinkler that broke 6 weeks after purchase and to purchase mulch. The cashier handling my return did not know what the product was I handed her. When I told her I had to spell sprinkler for her to look up. After 3 attempts she suggested I should go get one and bring it back so she could process a store credit. I decided to get the mulch which was on pallets under signs for $2/ bag. Was charged the wrong amount for mulch and wad told it wad not $2. When I mentioned the sign they said it was wrong and I should go take a picture. The person that ultimately checked me out, after the store manager told her to provide the $2 price, then was derogatory and lectured me. I will not make any major purchases in this store. I only go because its 5 minutes from my house. As I've experienced too many times at this store the customer is the least important person in the store.

Andrew from the garden center at freeport home depo is an amazing employee. He climbed off his ladder to help me as I was struggling to lift dirt and mulch bags. He was genuine, authentic, helpful, kind, and strong. Freeport home depo is very lucky to have him

I received such excellent customer service from a woman at checkout. She was friendly and super helpful.

Typically the sales people are unhelpful…even impatient. I had ONE salesperson provide excellent service last week… Johnny from garden. He helped me find everything I wanted and more! Went in today and I couldn’t find anyone to help… when I did, they were dismissive. I asked for johnny and he wasn’t there. So I left and went to Atlantic nursery. I am giving 4 stars because of Johnny’s exceptional customer service—get more like him and I’ll come back!

Julie in appliances was the best! She was kind and knowledgeable when we were shopping for a washer, dryer, and microwave. I highly recommend!
