This store is a great example of what a store experience should be for customers. Your employees are very friendly and helpful whenever help is needed. Friendly and helpful employees are a direct reflection of management. Nasty and crtical managers will always produce cold and uncaring employees. Another great aspect of this store is that you hire women and disabled people.

Emy at the pro desk is always wonderful to work with and very helpful. She is the reason we continue to use 3652 for all of our construction projects. I know when she is there that I will get what I need done accurately and promptly.

Twice have been through hurricanes in this state, and I have taken notice that Home Depot is always the first one to show up, lend a hand and help with supplies.

I used to dread going to Home Depot, but I just had one of the best experiences shopping ANYWHERE at Home Depot. I felt like I was in a mom and pop shop in Christmas Town! Everyone was super nice and overly helpful. It was strange considering these times, but I loved it!

Pro Desk is absolutely great at this store.

I had issues with the delivery of appliances that were purchased online from HomeDept.com. The local store assisted with getting the appliances delivered. I purchased other needed items and the employees were awesome and extremely helpful. Great store and convenient to were I live.

The store was clean and well staffed with employees which is a big plus now a days. Carol at the register was very friendly and helpful to my husband and I.

Even with a receipt from literally the day before, I was given the third degree on a return that I had never even opened. Purchased a duplicate to finish my project and prevent an unnecessary trip back. The product box was sealed shut and in the same condition how I picked it up off the shelf.

Although we no longer shop at this Home Depot because we are often referred to other area Home Depots for material and bldg supplies this store does not stock, we had an Excellent shopping experience at the Pro Desk ordering fencing for our new pool. Emy was outstanding to work with on our order and we feel fortunate to have gotten her at the desk. It was a lengthy ordering process, but she made it easy, got it right, and did it with professionalism and personality (which seems to be unusual to our typical shopping experience).

I purchased 4 large bags of garden soil and 8 large bags of black mulch. The garden shop was not accessible because of construction. I am handicapped and greatly appreciated Kyle's help. I paid for the items, he collected and loaded them for me. Both helpful and polite.

We shop the Fuquay Home Depot frequently, both for work and home. The employees are available to answer questions, help you locate items, and are friendly and pleasant.

I am a local handyman in the area and use our Home Depot store in town due to it's location and convenience. This store is older than newer facilities and this can be a problem with no room for all the products bigger stores have. The benefits that this facility has is; knowledgeable staff and their helpfulness. I will continue shopping here.
