The lady at Check out helped me to save $50 on my purchase. She checked all items to make sure that I had all 40 of the same color items and that each handle had screws. The store had all 40 cabinet door handles that I needed.

Needed assistance in the plant department. Everyone was helpful and incredibly polite.

I've always found what I needed - for example heavy copper cable for earth grounding, pea gravel, quality Behr deck stain, and kitchen appliances.

I first walked into this Home Depot to search for products for a renovation project. My very first ever. This store’s staff has been extremely helpful and patient while educating and assisting me in my research, which has made all the difference for this entire experience. However, it would be helpful if designers provided information to customers right off the bat, while encouraging them to do their own research.

I stopped into this locatiuon as it is near my new job. I wanted to get some plants to spruce up my new office and I was pleased that the staff greeted my sister and I in the parking lot and throughout the store. I love good customer service because it shows that a store cares about more about me than just my money. Niharika was exceptional and went above her cashier duties to ensure I was taken care of.

Between shopping I needed rest room and a representative directed me to the exact location. For each of the items I purchased, the representatives named the aisle number, pointed and directed where to make turns. While self-serving check out, the register was not able to read my card and a representative by name Obi introduced himself and used his extraordinary skills in checking me out. It's a wonderful shopping experience at Home Depot in Gaithersburg, MD 20877.

I bought this heater a few days ago and am quite satisfied with it .

The Manager, Felipe, was rude and argumentative. While trying to make a return. He then threatened to remove my refund.. Formal complaint has been filed with Home Depot Corporate.

Mr. Eric Fox is the face of HD. Fantastic service, responsible, and a delight to talk to. I highly praise Mr. Eric Fox for his diligence and attention to detail. On the other hand, the employee assigned to "Blinds isle on 06/Dec/2021 around 1725 time" is completely useless. This employee never stop "loitering and talking to his friends". Unfortunately, I have previous experience with that person before and HD does not do anything to remediate the problem.

Busy store, surly customers but at 11:30 on Thursday morning, Madison at customer service was cheerful, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. She was great.

Once again the Gaithersburg home depot is shopping like the old hardware store the people go out of the way to help you find what you need so you can get your project done.

Like every Home Depot location, this store is really big. Before I head out to the store, I find it helpful to search the website first for the item that I'm looking for, and write down the location (aisle and bay numbers) where I can find the item. The web site also provides an idea of how many items are in stock at the store, so I have a good idea of whether I'm going to be able to find any.

I found the staff members to be very helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to help us with our project.

Mary, Mike, Mario, Mahmoud (spelling? - he works in hardware), Curtis, and Jackie are terrific employees. I enjoy seeing them whenever I shop at the Home Depot in Gaithersburg, MD.

Excellent Customer Service

A great store. I feel always comfortable to shop there. The store was relatively clean and very well organized. Employees are kind. However, some stuff such as lumbers (the one I purchased today: 2x10-12 ft Douglas fir) is hard to get the best quality easily. Some damaged or defected woods need to be stored away so that customers can get what they want easily.

It is really easy to find the products especially when the associate assisting you.

Everyone was nice, except for my cashier Elsa. She was giving me dirty looks as she was checking out my items and didn’t talk to me.

For the past 3 months I have been working out of state on a construction job. A big part of my job is purchasing materials. While this is my least favorite part of my job, I have found it to be a lot easier at this particular store. Every single employee that I have encountered over the last 3 months has been pleasant, accommodating, going the extra mile and it has made my job so much easier! The guys at the pro desks are exceptional! Especially Curtis, John G. and John B! I would hire them as employees in a heartbeat! I have come to know many of the employees there on a first name basis and it's almost like visiting family when I go shopping! Whoever is in charge of hiring, should get a raise! They should also be in charge of training other stores on how to hire their people! I am going to miss coming here once this job is over as I will be returning to my home state of New Jersey!

The sales clerks were very helpful when I purchased HardieBacker board. The board was too heavy for me to carry and too big to fit in my car. These two sales clerks kindly worked together to cut the board down into manageable sizes.

The store as very well trained associates especially in the hardware section

This store has a great asset that is also a great liability and that is its covered parking deck. The front of the store is on the first level and this is also where most people park, including contractors. There is bright lighting at night but on rainy days or when they have not adjusted the timers properly it gets very dark underneath, unsafely dark. There are so many package-laden customers pushing shopping carts going in and out of several entrances and exits, including the Garden Center with hurried, inconsiderate drivers in cars with horns blowing, anxious to take their parking places. The 'Review Guidelines' ask if the store was 'clean'. They have 'flaggers' for forklifts that are working during OPEN hours in the store. Let's extend the safety conscience to the customers in the parking lot.

Was shopping for a dishwasher (appliance shopping during covid is NOT fun!), and sales associates at this store were exceptionally patient, helpful and cheerful. Also purchased additional home and yard items and all HD employees were friendly, especially those in garden center; can't say the same for plant vendors stocking tables, but then again they don't work for HD.
