Customer service department. Thumbs Up!

Waited over an hour for paint then 40 minutes on another trip two days later. Associates walked away from the department with customers waiting.

I didn’t know what to buy but the cashier was very helpful and went above and beyond full filling my order.

I am always pleasantly surprised at his well I am treated at the Gallup store. Ease of purchase, exchanges, refunds, and cheerful knowledgeable staff make this my "go to" store.

The internet said there were nine items in stock of the garden tool I was looking for. It wasn't on the hanging rack. Blue got the rolling stairs and searched in all the boxes above until he found the specific tool I was looking for.

I ordered building materials to be delivered. Unfortunately Home Depot only has 1 delivery truck and was not able to deliver my order. The employees handled the situation poorly by not clearly communicating the issue appropriately. Management seems to not want to get involved when trying to find a solution but is quick to offer a refund instead of trying to rectify any issues. Employees are also defensive when addressing concerns. This store needs better customer service. Their prices are lower than the other home improvement stores in town but the other stores have higher quality customer service.

I went to buy a refrigerator for a relative here. The staff didnt greet me at first but they greeted me right away when we got to the appliances section. Good service. May come back to location for later needs.

How doers get more done is true what home depot has on their receipt. home depot has been helping a lot of families and businesses. As for reviewing home depot your the best home depot thanks from all.

This is the only store that is close to Chinle which is about one and half hours aways.

Being the only large store in town, sometimes out of the basic products needed. Thankful to have a store in this community.

I truly recommend this to other people's. The store is clean and employees r friendly. Employees greeted with me and helped throughout the store. The line was much faster than waiting in line. The cashier was nice at the checkout too. Thanks to Home Depot.

The products I was looking for was not that easy to find. They kept redirecting me to departments that didn't have the right supplies that I needed. The assistance wasn't exactly their when needed, I had to look for assistance but when I found them they seemed a bit occupied. The store was somewhat clean but with all that lumber it wouldn't be super clean. The bathroom was very dirty and I don't think they clean it often as they should. Even with this pandemic it should be wiped down and cleaned every hour. The associates were friendly when approaching but when trying to get attention they were occupied by something else.

The staff at the Gallup store are friendly and helpful. Our questions are always taken seriously and the staff does their best to help us find a good solution, sometimes helping us avoid a costly mistake. We are at the store several times a month and have always had a pleasant experience.
