Since I’ve own my home for the past 25 years, Home Depot has been my go to store. I’ve purchased many items and even rented equipment to repair or enhance the value of my home. Needless to say, I am grateful to have experienced the help from employees who helped me even when I had shown pictures because I was unsure of what I truly needed.

I was having the hardest time picking a paint for my accent wall. An employee by the name Mike came to my rescue and helped me tremendously! He deserves a raise and a promotion!

Pro Desk is an amazing group of associates. Pops, Beto, Marjorie, Bella, and Michelle yeah probably best to go by. They know what they’re doing

Home Depot Gardena is the best in California.

It’s a great location, The shelves are almost stocked most of the time, and assistance from personnel it’s a hit or miss.

I want to thank Stephanie from this store for the great customer service she provides. She goes above and beyond to help you find products you need and helps you find all necessary items if necessary. The store is generally well kept and most employees are helpful.

The store is out of prime location, but don’t be misled by the employees working inside, they are less than knowledge base and I’m not thrilled at the prospect of relying on the core basis of their experience. Although the parking lot is ample, the surroundings feel safe and secure, and for the most part all the isles are neat and tidy, clean and fully stocked

I have yet to have a bad experience at this store. The employees are very knowledgeable and will stop what they are doing to take you to whatever item you are looking for. Items ive gone shopping for have always been in stock.

The best in the south bay.

Always the same in adequate help and assistance, it’s not a priority at this location. A change in management would be ideal

Clean and excellent services!

The men who are waiting to work don’t bother you as you come in the lot. I like that. I’m glad no one is selling candy as I walk into the store.

Just wanna say continue the great job everyone is doing

I am grateful for their employees. Without their people, HD would not be able to open as many stores as they do and keep everything sanitized. This homedepot is very convenient. There is always parking, shoppers come and go fast. Hardly ever long lines, the most i've had to wait was 2 people ahead of me. Place is clean and always stocked. What else can a home owner ask for? Their flower flower buds were a success.

The associate was friendly

A little disappointed in some of the staff but thanks to Dianna in paint and Kevin in electrical and Angelica the cashier my thoughts changed. They were very helpful, polite and friendly. I appreciate all the great service they gave to me. Thank you guys again.

This is a Home Depot frequented by many contractors. That's why I like it. I can find items here that I can't find at other HP because lot of people prefer the HP in Torrance or Hawthorne. This is near my home and I usually find what I'm looking for especially during Christmas and Halloween.

NEED MORE STAFF at the Gardena store 182nd street Getting assistance. You have to wait awhile. 1 employee to 4 customer and you have to go looking for a staff member.

THIS HOMEDEPOT IS CLOSE TO ME. THE LAST TIME I WENT THERE I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT AS QUICKLY AS I CAN. THERE ARE NO LONG LINES TO WAIT ENTERING THE STORE AND THE CASHIER.

I am wring this letter to complain about the unacceptable service that I have received from "Linda" in the flooring department who was not competent to explain any upfront information that unfortunately led to my labor cancellation. I had purchased 11 boxes of "Life Proof" planks to be installed in my kitchen. After all that planning, time and payment on Thanksgiving Eve, I received a phone on Friday that I require an asbestos testing for older homes built before 1990. If I were informed from the beginning, I would have hired a contractor from Angie's List who doesn't care about that test and will fulfill my installation before X-mas. In my opinion, she either forgot or was careless. I asked for compensation for those planks and she gave me a strange look, but I demanded only to find out that a 10% reduction was authorized by her manager which I feel is minimal. I chose the Home Depot for trust and to do the job right, but I was wrong because the Home Depot is too strict.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED AFTER LEARNING THAT MY MILITARY DISCOUNT DID NOT APPLY TO REFRIGERATOR ON DISPLAYED IN THE STORE. I ALWAYS HAVE A 10% DISCOUNT IN EVERY ITEM I BOUGHT IN HOME DEPOT, BUT NOTTHIS TIME FOR IDID NOT NOTICE THAT IHAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE REFRIGERATOR + TAX WHEN I LOOKED AT THE RECEIPT. I DID CALLED THE STORE AND THEY TOLD ME NOT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR IT IS SPECIAL ORDER ITEM. WHY DID THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME THIS THE FIRST TIME, I SHOWED HIM MY MILITARY ID CARD. THIS IS WRONG, AND BETTER UNDERSTANDING SHOULD BE INFORMED TO THE CUSTOMER.
