We really like this Home Depot. The customer service, especially in the garden center, is outstanding. We met Kyle, and Sam, the other day, and they were so helpful with getting what we needed. One star less though for not being able to navigate easily for a handicapped person. Isles too narrow, and often the ride on carts are out of order, or not charged. Other then that, we love shopping here.

About every 3 months we buy 2 pallets of asphalt repair (Cold Patch) They always have it pulled by the time I arrive with my trailer!! Great Service and Great People! Have an issue, ask for Becky M, She will get it handled!!

I was interested in the Ryobi line of yard and garden care items as well as tools. I did not catch the name of the woman who helped me, but she was so helpful and informative and help me choose the right tools for what I needed. She was not the only employee who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, there were several others, including Ronda, the cashier. I wish I had made a note of all the names of all the employees. I was extremely impressed with the prices and the selection of everything in the store. I love Ryobi brand tools! I have had an amazing experience with them, and I wish to buy as many as I can! But the selection on everything in the store is also a fun experience to look through. Going to my Home Depot feels like Christmas morning. It's just absolutely the best experience.!

We were in the Gladstone Home Depot store today and bought a clothes washer, we were thrilled with the great service we received, Donald was our sales person,he was so very helpful made the whole process go so smoothly. He truly is a real asset to the Home Depot and the appliance dept. We know we will definitely return ! Thank you Donald!

I came in earlier this week to buy a bunch of paint for a mural. I was helped by Randy, who was so knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions (a lot of them). Not only was he patient, he was so fun and friendly! He didn't get annoyed with me even when I was getting annoyed with myself, and all throughout seemed to genuinely care about the outcome of my project. He mixed so many colors for me, helped me find the right bases, and made sure everything was exactly what I needed. Then, on the way out, JJ ensured I had a successful journey, and offered to help me load up my car. It was so appreciated, and the fact that he seemed happy to help, and made friendly conversation made this whole trip even better. A few days later I returned because I had forgotten a color I needed, and was helped by Delton. Again, he was so genuine and professional and fun to talk to. He knew his stuff, and was a real person instead of a worker robot. Idk what this store is doing, but the staff here is 10/10. I will go out of my way to come to this store.

Thank you to Brenda, Ronda and David S. for their incredible service. From start to finish I felt completely heard and understood. Even with the minor issues of using my new Home Depot card they were able to get my purchase done. From having a great attitude, patience and being accommodating. I’ve never been so happy to spend my hard earned money before and that says a lot in the retail industry of today.
