I am a single 54 year old female whom works in healthcare and not particularly savvy in home improvements. I knew I needed a new sump pump however was confused as what kind I would need. Brian took the time to ask specific questions about my home, location and explained to me in detail which one would work best for me, what battery he would recommend. I also had question about water heaters as I had a new one installed two years ago and I had heard I needed to empty them regularly but wasn’t quite sure how often and how to do it. He walked me over to the water heaters showed me exactly how to empty it, where the valve was and after that walked me over to hoses, picked out the right one for me and advised me to keep the hose near my water pump. I’m a visual learner and he truly went above and beyond educating me. Warmly recommend this homedepot !!!!!

This store is so clean and nice, has so many helpful staff with kind demeanor and friendly smiles!

The store was clean and employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't feel pressure to purchase and the associates take the time you need and answer all questions.

Leslie the supervisor was extremely helpful and helped me address my concerns in regards to home depot not carrying any work gloves in women's sizes. She was great and genuinely cared about my concern

Tanzie treated me less than. As if I was attempting to defraud the store. Her behavior and demeanor was appalling. Saying I didn't look like my DL pic and pointing out that I was buying GCs at the end of the night, assuming I was up to something was rude and unprofessional. I even tried explaining the reason I was buying them (which I shouldn't have to do) and she brushed me off. TWICE. Please educate her to not treat customers based on her own personal biases. This was as Racially biased as it gets. Do better.

Beautiful selection of flowers! The staff went out of their way to answer questions, made helpful suggestions. Without even asking they scanned my items, and helped load my car!

Great store with great employees always find what I need

Have been looking for a 7cf freezer for about a month. Frigidaire is a brand I have been looking for. Could only find some off brands that I am not familiar with at other nearby stores. I finally broke down and decided to get the off brand from Home Depot. When I got there I was amazed to find a Frigidaire instock. The internet showed they were not in stock. A fair price at $229. I applied for a homedepot credit card and saved $25. I questioned the store manager about the Black Friday sale coming up. He said if it is lower priced on Friday he would refund me the difference. The checker Leslie was also extremely helpful. Man in the area by the freezers got me a cart and loaded it for me. Leslie had another employee load into my vehicle. Great teamwork from start to finish.

“Latisha” at register number two was absolutely rude this is not the first time and I am not the first person this occurred with, the manager needs to take action on this as soon as possible it’s very embarrassing for the store to have a employee speak down to customers, disgusting, will be speaking with manager again shortly

Every time we need paint, personal and for job site, the paint mixers, salespeople, are incredibly helpful. They have knowledge of their products and will share that.

Clean and stocked

This is the second time, a young man named Frank, helped me and my daughter. Both times, we just kind of flagged him down. Last night he helped us locate the specific globe light fixtures we couldn't find. He was very kind and helpful. Both times, it was NOT his department, yet he was happy to help us locate what we needed. I think many women are intimidated by a homedepot store, as we are unfamiliar with the layout and items we need. Thank God for Frank! He went above and beyond! Thanks Frank!!

Associates should maintain the ethics of THE HOME DEPOT.

I go to this home depot and store is clean and some of the employees has good experience. Easy checkout as well.

I enjoy spending my time browsing around the store looking at things I can afford and cannot afford, checking on appliances that are new on the market. The store is very clean too and organized which induce me to spend more time shopping for items I might need. A few times I get interrupted on my day dreaming stroll by associates who ask me if I needed assistance.Last summer, my daughter & fiance bought a grill that was discounted on their way back to Chicago and was so happy with Home depot Glendale Height because it was a dog friendly store and the anxiety factor not an issue for them.

The store had equipt. in the aisles, the floor wasn't swept, the restroom was not sanitary.
