This is my favorite home depot in the world. I shop there minimum of 7 times a week. All departments are extremely helpful in helping me find and source everything I need to run my business. Thanks guys!

For those who love house plants and gardening.Stop into the Grafton location to speak to Carol. She is a beautiful person and very helpful. I was happy to learn new information on planting and new information on the variety of plants and their names, and what it takes to keep them alive.

The staff at this location is extremely friendly and helpful.

I went to Home Depot today. I was really impressed with the staff, the cleanliness and the full shelves. This place is great.

I had purchased a floor vent but it was the wrong size. This was my fault in not measuring it correctly. When I took it back I was helped immediately by the cashier who opened her register so that I didn't have to wait. I was directed by the staff to the right section and able to make an exchange without any problems. The vent fits perfectly now. It looks great and I'm very satisfied. I highly recommend the Grafton Home Depot.

Clogged drain again!!!! Joe to the rescue! He listened and helped, making it a very pleasant experience.

Needed help on basement remodel, so went into lumber area to get ideas and product. Everyone especially Eric Larson was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Haven’t seen finer service in most other Home Depots. My favorite!!!!

I have worked with Kevin Buchholz many times over the years, and he has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He is a great example of superior customer service!

Out of nowhere, my husband decided to see what kind of guidance we might get from someone in kitchen design. I wasn't aware. I was nervous after he told me (he gave them a much larger budget than I would have!) and met her today. My nervousness is gone. Lou Anne showed me guidelines on how to decide a budget and why. Over the hour or so, she shared so much insight, taught us a lot, was encouraging and so helpful. I am SO glad he did this, so we feel so much more secure in remodeling the kitchen.

The product I purchased was exactly what I wished tohave. The sale rep was outstanding and so helpful.

Last night we stopped by to look at artificial Christmas trees & the one we wanted hadn't been unpacked from the pallet yet. Rather than having us come back when they had everything unpacked, they offered to go get the pallet down & get the tree we wanted. We'd arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing time & the store had technically closed by then but they got us the tree we wanted & we were so impressed by how much they went out of their way for us that we ended up buying two trees.

I had such a great experience, that instead of replacing a part for an old leaf blower, I bought a brand new version of the same model. Sales Associate Kevin Montrose was the key. He met me at the door and stayed with me until I solved my urgent problem. He gave outstanding service.

Compared to the West Bend of my residence, the Grafton store was more available and the employees were more outgoing. Both are good, but I noticed this :)

Friendly service from an elderly gentleman Kevin Montross. Helped me pick the right attachments for our downspouts as the store was out of one elbow joint. That’s why I shop there. Another man demonstrated how to cut a downspout for me also. Made me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to you all!

Our hot water heater went out, which is never fun. Made a trip to Home Depot to get a new one. Service desk employees Joe, Caleb and Isaiah went above and beyond to assist us. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Home Depot really cares about the customers and helps them any way they can.

I have been remodeling my bathroom for the past 3 weeks and have had to buy and return stuff through out the weeks. Everyone was very helpful. Full of useful knowledge that was helpful in finishing my project since I was new to the hole remodeling stuff.

This is simply the best Home Depot I've ever shopped in. The staff is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They take their jobs seriously and know how to offer real guidance. I just love this store.
