Just used for a test run and had great success. What a difference from the hand slung splitting mall.Works with ease and almost fun to use.

The cashier who was attending the self-checkout registers (Jennah) was extremely rude and very unhelpful. She also did not know product location and/or availability. She was not busy at all, as we were the only customers checking out at that moment. We had to ask other employees who helped us immediately by telling us what aisle and was very eager to assist.

The woman in tools was knowledgeable about Ryobi tools (past models and present) and helped me tremendously. Saved me some money. Also, Kimberly Berlinghoff in flooring helped with an appliance and got me fixed up with a new refrigerator and both were pleasant all the while!

Richard G at the Grants Pass.store was amazing, helped me purchase, pay for and then load a riding lawnmower into the back of the truck! I didn't get the names of the other employees, the woman who checked.the stock and the man who unloaded ot from the truck. Exceptional teamwork!

The employees in the garden center made my hard job of loading and purchasing a bulk amount of river gravel easy and fast. Happy attitudes, lots of muscle and a great bulk price made this project a success.

I have enjoyed every item I purchased this past 3 years.

We got the worlds greatest hot water heater last fall. The ONLY one that could replace our 27 year old one capacity-wize and fit into the smallish carport closet. We have more hot water than we can use!

The hours are good for both professionals and homeowners.

This is the best Home Depot that I have ever been in. And there’s at least four in the town that I live In. This Home Depot in Grants Pass beats those where I live by 1 million

I bought a bag of gravel and Neomi noticed there was a hole at the bottom of the bag. She came out of her booth, rolled the bag over and taped the hole up, telling me she didn’t want it to leak in my car. She then gave me a discount because some gravel had leaked out! What an amazing display of caring for a customer because she didn’t want gravel leaking into my car! Above and bedtime the call of duty!

I have been in this particular store many times and gave found the staff is consistently knowledgeable, consistently helpful, and consistently friendly! They are always ready to answer questions in every department. I am extremely thankful for each and every member if the team.

I love the store. I am there every week for something. Maybe just little things, but I know i can find it there.

I'm super excited to plant my Lemon Tree along with the many other flowers and plants that I have purchased through Home Depot.

We have found that shopping in our local Home Depot in Grants Pass has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized.

I am really glad that we shopped at this store for our home improvement needs. They had everything that we needed and were very helpful when we asked questions.

Good selections in the Garden/Nursery section. Cheerful/helpful employees. Been going there for years.

I frequent this store and spend a fair amount of money there but have learned to not count on customer service on the floor. Staff are either too busy helping other customers or too bust cracking jokes with the fellow employees.

when we got inline to check out, several persons were in front of us, you opened another check out lane and made the check out faster

I went in for a few items, one being basic primer. Staff helped me choose a primer/paint combo and a perfect warm shade of white. Happy I got the advise or my job would have been harder and the basic white should have been too bright.

As time goes on (and I’ve done a lot of shopping here), this store has gone from bad to super good with respect to efficiency and quality service.
