This store stocked a bag of ORTHO BUGBGON LAWN INSECT GRNLS 20LB size. The bag had been torn and repaired with packing tape. I unknowingly purchased the bag and left it in my car while we had lunch. The car got very warm inside during lunch and the tape came loose and the insecticide granules leaked all over my vehicle carpeting. During the drive from Great Falls to Dillon we began to smell something strange and suddenly we realized that the insecticide was leaking from the bag onto our carpeting while on our 220 mile drive with no good way to clean it up until we could find a car wash with a vacuum. I lost quite a bit of product and ended up with a wife having a killer headache all so Home Depot could avoid loosing revenue on a damaged package. My transaction was on receipt 3103 07/25/21 09:19 AM and next time I'll simply take my business to my local hardware store for such purchases because I'll stand less chance of being taken advantage of. It's a sad day because I usually liked this location of Home Depot but last year the exact same thing happened to me except it was a bag of lawn fertilizer that ended up leaking all over my vehicle due to minimum wage employee using packing tape to secure hazardous materials. Not a lot of deep thinking goes on at HD Great Falls these days I guess.

I used to go to this store all the time when we moved back in 2006. Back then you have very attentive people working there and over the years they started getting jerks in there that have no business being in a job that requires people skills. My wife and I used to spend thousands of dollars their in the first years when we moved back. I dont think we have spent up to and over a hundred dollars a year in the last 6 or7 years. A couple of years we didnt spend a dime. I would put that I would recommend this store but definitely would have other stores and the internet to go to just in case this store makes you mad at times. All these local stores in great falls montana have really contributed to amazons success giving them way more income. We are Americans and requiring people to wear masks really turned us off so much that when I came in your store over a month ago, it was my first time back in your store from over 16 months ago. Sorry lay this on you but I have tried to call give my opinion to your corporate offices but they really seem to not give a darn. That is all.

My wife and I are from Havre and both make a list of what to get at Home Depot. Thanks to our computer, we can see what you have, read about it and put it on our list. We love to come and spend the day in Great Falls, Home Depot is our first stop! I am impressed at how the sales associates know where everything I need ls.

I love doing DIY projects and Home Depot is not only conveniently close to my house, but they carry a wide variety of DIY supplies and are usually stocked very well, unless I am working on a large project. I really enjoy shopping in their store.

I live 200 miles from the Great Falls store, that is a 400 mile round trip. Because of the distance, often times I will call on the phone to find out about products and availability. The people that I talk to are always professional and courteous. They do their best to get to the right person and do it as quickly as they can even though they are very busy. For this reason, doing business with Home Depot in Great Falls is always a good experience.

The store itself is well kept and run. I was not impressed with the on-line portion since it didn't have an accurate count on the product I was looking for. Additionally, the 'chat associate' was supposed to have placed the order and did not, so when I got to the store, there wasn't even a record that I had spoken to the person at all, a complete waste of time. AND, since the product was out of stock, I had to order it from the store for a future delivery. (that part is free, I like free) But I really needed it that day. The store associates were great, they understood my frustration and did everything possible to make it right.

The one place to go for all your DIY projects not only with materials but also with great advice.

Every time we have done business at the Great Falls store, the inventory has been plentiful, the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and cordial. We feel as if this 'big box' store is like our own hardware store ready to serve our neighbors and us. Thanks.

Place has great stock, options and staff. Cashiers are friendly and the sales crew... Monte, Shane, Rion and Ramon were just amazing help and go above and beyond.

We purchased lumber and supplies for a backyard project. We are both retired senior citizens and have some mobility challenges. Employee Brad Grisez immediately assessed our situation and stayed to help us round up the materials, while another young man offered a motorized shopping cart. Brad was cheerful and supportive the whole time, despite the fact that it was almost closing time. Brad knew where all the items were located. He helped us check out and even helped us load our pickup and affix a red flag to the protruding lumber. He politely refused a tip and told us that he treats ALL his customers as if they were family.

Found the items on my own but had a very hard time getting help ordering them. Then the entire $4000 order was difficult to track and eventually I cancelled the entire order. I would not order anything again. Shop what is available in the store if you have to have it right away.

I was looking for a sump pump but wasnt sure exactly what would work for me. A young lady in the plumbing department listened intently to what I was hoping for. She replied "I have been researching what we carry and I believe we have exactly what will work for you". She climbed the ladder and looked around finding exactly the product I needed; a sump pump with sensors. It is working perfectly and has solved our problem. I am impressed that this sales person actually took the incentive and was interested in Home Depot's product to enable her to assist me in a most professional manner.

Keep up the good work home depot, great store. Very helpful employees stay safe all and healthy.

Employees should answer a question of where a product can be found in the store, perhaps even take you to it. Instead, I was sent to the service desk, so I turned, and within three or four steps, boom, there was the product. Really.....

Jeff at the proshop desk has always been extremely helpful. I have had good overall experiences with other staff members. Checking out has been excellent over the years.
