This is the reason I shop at the Greer, Home Depot - sale's associates with incredible customer service and a level of knowledge about their products that you don't see in other stores. I am looking for a suite of kitchen appliances for my tiny home that will be built in 2022.

I waited 25 minutes to be helped

Store Manager, Kathleen went above and beyond to help! She was friendly and competent, knowing the Command product to recommend. Check out their wide selection!

3 male associates came up separately and made sure that we found what we needed. Unfortunately it was a female named Susan that left a bad taste on the whole trip because of her snapping retort and walking away telling us “just look online-we don’t have any on display” But Ron looked around and was able to find the display one and show us the inside and went and got one from receiving that we bought and took home. Codie was also very helpful in our purchase. I gave five stars because of the guys that helped us. If it was up to Susan it would have been zero stars.

David Garcia at the pro desk was the best! He helped us save a lot of money and was very helpful and patient with our order.

The Greer location is so easy to shop. The staff is very helpful each time I am in the store which is about everyday when I'm working on a project.

Thank you Greer Home Depot from the sales gentleman on the floor who checked stock so I could purchase the remaining drawer pulls that I needed /to Brooke the cashier who let me check out at the return desk because I have a little bit of a walking problem. I appreciate the willingness to let me check it out close to where I parked. Thank you again Greer Home Depot

We needed a new Refrigerator. We decided upon Home Depot as our place to purchase. We were immediately met with a very nice female employee in the appliance section who assisted until the transaction was completed. Things could not have gone any better.

I am very pleased with the Memorial Day pricing! I am disappointed mulch cannot be delivered. I normally order to pallets to refresh my yard but I'm having to make several trips to get bags. It was much more convenient when I could have it delivered.

I had an issue with an outdoor furniture order that I wanted to purchase and have delivered. Ana went above and beyond helping me with the entire purchase and delivery process even though she had to work in paint that day along with her ASM duties. Very professional.

In from out of town helping a daughter move into a new home. Had lots of projects to complete in the 4 days we were in. All of the staff members displayed an incredible attitude and wanted to help in anyway they could. In the lumber department "JESSE" was so helpful, shared great money and time saving tips, made several cuts of our plywood to make shelves and simply did all that he could to make the experience easy knowing we did not have a saw to use at home. Absolutely DELIGHTFUL to work with and made the entire experience a positive and memorable one. Every member of the Home Depot team were SO HELPFUL and made sure we found what we were looking for. Hats off to the management of this store because the team members attitudes and helpfulness was a reflection of the way they are treated and led!

My shopping experience was a pleasure yesterday as I walked into the gardening center where I heard the greatest sounds of birds chirping. At first, I thought it was a recording through the stores music system but, to my delight, there were a couple of real birds in the rafters. Their musical voices made my trip fun as I found some inexpensive flowers to plant for my patio. Thanks Home Depot for the wonderful shopping experience.

This store is well run. I am actually writing the review based off and online order for Carpet but I went into the store to see the carpet samples first hand. The employees at the carpet center were very knowledgeable and helped us make a selection.

The location is perfect for the area, on a well maintained, spacious Boulevard, the store is clean and well stocked, the associates are of diverse cultures and nationalities, excellent customer care, this is a very well operated Home Depot Store.

Great products, and employees. Shopping here is always a good experience. Competitive prices.

After tiling my bathroom floor, I needed some supplies to reset and level my toilet. A sales associate Don, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable by giving me some tips on doing so. He gets an A+ from me! The assistant manager Billy, was also very courteous and knowledgeable about other products I inquired about. He was very professional!

Have always received excellent customer care at this store. That other home improvement store across the street messed up 3 times on 3 separate orders. 3 strikes, you're out. Home Depot delivered on all 3 instances. They have honored their word each time and I have been pleased every time. "Happy" assisted me this last time with a carpet order. He went over and above to make sure my order was correct.

The store did not seem very busy, but had problems finding someone to help me with my purchase. Was told the management had cut workers hours. They might want to rethink this.

I have always gotten excellent service shopping Home Depot stores. I frequently shop the Greer, SC store and also shop The Greenville, SC Woodruff store when I am in that area, and the Myrtle Beach, SC Home Depot when we are at the beach house.
