Love this red mulch. Keeps it's color for a whole year. Very cost effective !

The Vigoro mulch is a rich red and keeps its color. It smells fresh too. Be nice if the garden department gate was open early and loaders were available.

The only reason I get most of my materials from you is because you have a good selection of the products I use and am looking for. But you have made it to difficult for me to make returns on the things that I don’t want to keep on hand after the job I did is complete. Your return policy has changed and not for the good. I run a tight budget and I need to be able to return the products that I have either over bought or don’t have an immediate use for. It’s become necessary in this economic environment to keep my costs down because I am working on a limited budget. If you can’t return a new intact product in the packaging and then purchase something that you need now then I am going to have to reconsider the purchases I make from this store. I was under the impression that Pro accounts had at least one year to return their product purchases. I don’t always have the receipt because often times I put it in my pocket and after a day of sweating it becomes a little ball of wet paper that is illegible. You should be catering to your pro customers like they were golden. I’m not sure what caused this reevaluation of your return policy but it seems like it only hurts your most loyal and valuable customers. The commercial pros. I really need a foolproof method for me to exchange or refund my product purchases quickly and without any hassle. The policy should be just like you have on your Husky Tools. No hassles. Just a quick solution. I’m not asking for money back and if you give me a store credit you are guaranteed that I’ll spend money in the future and the same day in most cases and I will probably even spend more money than just the amount of my return credit. I’m not sure if it’s just an industry thing or possibly something that only happens in retail goods but I have half of my garage filled with stuff off previous jobs that I don’t want or need but if I could bring it back and get the value in credit to use for the next job I would appreciate that. I’m just a small business and I don’t have a ton of money to hold onto extra stuff that would benefit someone who is using the same thing I am returning.

My husband and I were here to buy a new well pump. When we arrived in the plumbing aisle, an emplyee greeted us and asked if we needed help. We knew what we wanted, but he knew exactly where it was,showed us and made sure we had everything else we needed. When we went to other aisles, the service was the same.Well done.

We love our local Home Depot in Grove City, OH. Not just because of their competive prices, but because of their staff. It is truly what makes this location stand above the rest. From management, the Pro-Desk, customer service (Autumn D. and all the amazing people running around crazy), fork lift drivers (Ariah), and all the way down to those who wash the floors (yes, we know about you too), this store is just great. Thank you for always a wonderful experience and truly going above and beyond to right any wrongs that come with system errors and malfunctions. Way to be a cut-above the rest.

I have always purchased appliances and supplies from the Grove City Oh store. I have been a customer here for a number of years. Employees are always willing to help and answer questions. Returns are easy and always a great experience.

I purchased this LED mirror as I wanted both the frontlight and the backlight. All of the pictures on the website show this particular model with a backlight. What I didn't realize is there are no backlights. I paid someone to hardwire install this mirror and upon installation realized there were no backlights. Therefore, I had to pay him to uninstall it, order a different mirror and will have to pay him to install the new one when it arrives. I am sure it will be beautiful when it comes in, as it was very nice with the front light. However, I was also looking for the ambiance of the backlight. Home Depot needs to update their website photos to show the LED mirrors that do not have backlights only lit up with the front lights.

I’ve had opportunity to shop this Grove City location half dozen or so times this week as my daughter relocated here from the south. My experiences have been very positive…and I refer to the high caliber of employees. Each visit I’ve dealt with one or more employee and each one goes out of their way to assist, has excellent product knowledge, location of products (most outside their area of responsibility down to the aisle and bay). Their genuine friendliness caught me off guard and kept me shaking my head in wonderment. Their willingness to spend that extra moment assisting or smiling, has me sharing my amazement with family and friends. I spend a lot of time in Home Improvement stores across many states and whatever your management or HR is doing to attract this type of employee…keep doing it and spread the wealth. Thank you for making, what oftentimes is a frustrating process of work, repair and product selection, a pleasant experience! I wish I would’ve written down each person’s name to give credit where credit is due but up to this day there’d be no less than 20 names. How I wish every retail store had these good folk!

Help finding items is usually a problem being handicapped, it is never a problem at this store

If you need appliances buy them from Danny. Danny was the best he worked for us we had a dryer delivered that didn't work, Danny did whatever he could to get it replaced and rescheduled delivery could not have been better

Home Depot failed me as a loyal customer when it came to my lumber purchase. My tool rental process was amazing and so was my experience in Lumber, but I felt failed by this store. Carlos, one of the managers, told me I can either pay for this one at full price or downgrade to the one with the lower price on it. When I mentioned wasting the wood if I went with the second option, he mentioned that it would be the company taking the loss. I mentioned how ridiculous that was because of how scare wood is already. I just told them I would pay the price for it as is, but let them know I would be taking the survey. Disappointed 0/10

I was dreading shopping for a dishwasher until I met your employee Desmond in the appliance section. He made everything so easy. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision making. And also very nice!! I left a very happy customer.

I was helped yesterday by Desmond and let me tell you; that guy KNOWS what hes talking about. Any question I had he had the answer to and would also answer my follow up question before I even said it. Desmond went above and beyond for my wife and I and it really made the whole buying process a breeze. Give this man a RAISE! Desmond was excellent!! Thank you Home Depot! This Home Depot location has been amazing for me over the past 3 years. This is my happy place to fix up my home. All of the employees here are very friendly and will always go out of there way to help you out. The prices are great, their app is easy to use, curbside is life changing, and they only carry high quality items. Thank you everyone here!

I went in Home Depot at Grove City with my husband just to check out what they have and end up buying gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer in one day after talking to Denise Gallagher. She's very good.

Never had a bad experience with this Home Depot. The best thing about it is the quick check out. Never had a wait in the last 6 years I have been going here. Not to mention the great friendly employees and they always have what I need when I’m in a pinch. I have the other big box store that starts with an L, 10 minutes from my house. I drive 20 minutes just for the convenience of everything at this location. Glad I have the convenience of being able to come here.
