No one is perfect however Home Depot here is the premium home materials and home products business in this area. Best for appliances for my money 30 years experience. It is as simple as that.

Store was cluttered. Starting to remind me of going to dollar general, small cluttered aisles with no customer service. Employees are generally very rude and are not at all willing to help. Shelves are generally a mess.

I recently purchased a 10x16 shed. It took them less than 4 hours to assemble it in my back yard. I love it.The color matches my house and black artichetct shingles. The guy name Wade was very helpful and made this purchase pain free. Looking forward to do future business with Home Depot. Also, I receive a lot of good compliments on my shed. I will definitely recommend to family and friends to get theirs at The Home Depot Store.

I went to this store to get to the Pro desk to order some of their "Veranda" composite deck boards with a square edge. They stock the slotted edge profile in 16' lengths but the square edge profile only in 12' lengths. When you look online, they tell you to special order at the Pro desk. At the Pro desk the guy looks it up and says that they have none, period. But, he could order it from a supplier for three times the price ($100+) and wait 67 business days to get it. WHAT? Where does this problem lie? Managers, or upper management? Who trains these people?

I have visited this store nearly every week since I started woodworking projects. Employees are friendly. professional. and go out of their way to help me locate the items I need. Candice especially assisted me on my last visit.

Staff is friendly and helpful, store is clean, and most everything is easy to find. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Prices are higher than the Biloxi store. When I called to question why they expected me to pay more just to pick an item up I ordered online at the Biloxi Store but was unavailable there I was hung up on the first two times. Finally was able to talk to a manager who corrected the higher price. Due to having to order over the phone I was forced to go inside the store instead of doing curbside pick up. The line at the service desk was extremely LONG as they were doing both returns and order pickups and it was impossible to maintain social distancing with the long line and people coming in and out of the store as the desk is right at the door. Kudos to the manage I talked to for putting customer service first and correcting the price gouging but I will not shop at this store again if humanly possible. It's also impossible to get out of the parking lot the traffic is TERRIBLE.

You could employ more associate like Willsa. She made sure we had everything we needed before our exit. We will drive 2 hours again to receive the awasome customer service we endured on yesterday. Thanks for your choice of hire and thanks to Willisa.

I recently passed through Gulfport,MS via a vessel and was in dire need of a generator. I called the store at 6:10am and was received by a friendly ,cheerful voice(Aimie ,manager on duty) I explained my situation,,she connected me with Malik & Miranda ,both of whom were most friendly & helpful. Aimie orchestrated a "rapid delivery" & I received the unit by 7:20am.! A disaster was averted due to the professionalism of these folks. In my 50 years in business around the country,this is the best service I have ever received and the standard by which all others should be judged.! Thank you All !!

I've always had a good shopping experience at this store. Every time I go in, the staff is friendly and eager to help. On my last visit, I applied for a Home Depot credit card and the cashier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I live (much) closer to another big chain home improvement store, but will go out of my way to visit this store!

The Gulfport store has not handled the extra business from Hurricane Zeta well. It is understandable that inventory is in short supply right now and that is not their fault. The customer service from management has been anything but pleasant. I paid for shingles to be delivered to my home. They pulled the shingles from stock and set me up for delivery. The shingles came up missing and they accused me of taking them and even had someone drive by my home to see if I had installed the shingles on the roof. That is completely unacceptable and they refused to offer me even a 10 percent discount for their error and my inconvenience so I had them refund my money and I will go somewhere that appreciates my business.

This is a great store. You will find employees who will actually help you. Other big hardware stores you can never get an employee to help you. We were shopping for a large appliance and got super help.

Excellent customer service

I visited the store recently to purchase fencing material. I expected a poor choice of materials due to the recovery of our area from Hurricane Zeta. Boy, was I surprised! The store was in great shape with most of the materials I needed. The shelves were stocked with merchandise and the employees were very helpful and had great attitudes. Thanks for making my shopping experience great. My cashier Sherra was exceptional!
