Very poor and disrespectful customer service at this store...and not the 1st time. A cashier at the customer service desk decided to make 5 people including myself wait on line for 25 minutes at 9:15pm...because the cashier REFUSED to get help. I even asked the 1st cashier if he could call for help and he told me to wait in line and he would help me when he was done with the others! Other associates finally came over when they saw the huge line and opened another register to assist. Several associates then asked the 1st cashier why he didn't call for help. We wondered the same thing! Then the 1st cashier talked back to me and was inappropriate when it was my turn.

I left my $200+ purchase in the shopping cart due to cashier Susan’s terrible attitude. Went straight to Lowe’s where the staff was pleasant. Fire Susan.

Through out all my visits to this store, I found the people are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Had an issue with defective Samsung washer and dryer set. Samsung was no help. Store employees, including Store Manager Dominic and Assistant Manager Bob Faber and Customer order specialist Marsha Ellis went above and beyond to rectify this situation. Convenient location but product unavailability is frustrating. This trip was much better when the cashier Selena was extremely helpful when she offered a Home Depot credit card in order to save money. She was professional and friendly.

Having just moved to the Hamiton area I have been doing various projects on our new home in Allentown. I can not believe how knowledgeable, helpful and nice the Hamilton team is. I did not have good experience at the Home Depot in my previous location.

The store was clean and your associates were great to work with. They made our shopping experience memorable. They were patient, understanding, and knowledgeable and were making sure we purchased what we needed and not what we didn't. We will continue to go back to this Home Depot and encourage our friends and family to do the same!

I was greeted, helped and treated respectfully. I was in and out in a timely manner. I want to thanks the older gentleman in home appliances for going g out his way and helping me.

I always laugh about all Home Depot stores because you can never really get good enough service to search an item on your phone but with store there is no need for your phone. You will 9/10 find great customer service. With the abundance of employees here someone is always looking to help a customer. They have went as far as leading me to a specific isle and giving recommendations on other items as well.

Glen in plumbing is the best. My sump pumps went in the basement and it was flooded. He convinced me that I could do the repair. Told me exactly what to do. He had the sump pumps sitting in a cart before I even got to the store. He even cut the PVC for me. No one helps people this much anymore. If you have any plumbing needs and you don't go to Home Depot when Glen is there, you are crazy. He saved me over $800.00.

They were shopping carts available ,we were asked if we needed help. PPE supplies were readily available. Extremely helpful. I love this location, the employees know their stuff

Today at Home Depot in Hamilton I had a very good customer experience with one of your associates Jeff and electrical department went above and beyond what a typical Employee of any retail establishment would do. I ask him about grow lights and where to find them. He immediately went to his phone and looked him up when he couldn’t find them right away he told me he would keep looking and when he found him he will come find me. No more than two minutes later I turn around and there’s Jeff saying he found what aisle there and took me to them and we found them together. This gentleman as far as I’m concerned he’s gone above and beyond good customer service to extend great customer service to the customer he had never Met before. Keep up the good work Home Depot find more employees like Jeff. Just thought I’d pass along a good word.

Very neat and organize with knowledgeable and helpful staff

Poor customer service. I was in the plumbing aisle preparing to select pieces for a bathroom remodel. It was pretty obvious I couldnt find what I was looking for when I walked towards a group of about 3 employees, the one female employee actually looked at her watch when she saw me approaching, TURNED AROUND and kept right on talking to her other 2 coworkers. I did make a small purchase, as I walked up to the self checkout, the only employee that was standing in the self checkout area, saw me approaching and actually walked away like I had the plague. All I could do was laugh at the whole experience. The only person who was helpful was the guy in the electrical department. My only purpose was to select bathroom fixtures and set up delivery and I was in the plumbing isle preparing to select pieces for a bathroom remodel, needless to say I will not be spending any money at the Robbinsville store ever again. No wonder online retailers are doing so good. Thank you Home Depot for helping me make the decison to be an online shopper....

This Home Depot is nearest to our home, and am glad it is such a special place to shop! The staff is ALWAYS available and willing to help in any way they can! I can usually find what I need, but if the item is not stocked there, the associates are willing to listen to my project ideas, and if they can, they offer me a suitable item that they DO stock at the store. I’ve been to this store, literally hundreds of times, and can not recall a time that I had a problem with it of any kind. I have no complaints, and always recommend this store to others. Thank you for always being there for us!

First Home Depot that has salespeople that help you and know their business.

This store is as good as any, but I suspect that even corporate doesn't have a common understanding of how their veterans discount is supposed to work.

Find enough products always...!

I always find the store employees helpful and usually am able to get whatever needed supplies I am looking for. This year with Covid it seems the garden center had a great deal more selections and plants were looking good. I go in for what I need and leave promptly. I purchased two ceiling fans this year and gave my home some much needed attention (new lock for front door, screen door for garage). When I have a vendor or contractor at my home, if we need something the store is conveniently located.

Guy in appliances was super helpful and you could tell he really care about the customers! He really went above and beyond.

Disgusting long line at checkout waiting to be called. Need choice of your checkout line with floor marked for social distancing. Floors not marked people clustered at one long checkout line causing arguments because floor not marked for social distancing. People standing and coughing very close to each other. Its disgusting and terrible to wait like this to check out standing together for a very long time. Need to change how customers checkout. If another line opened we would have went to another one.
