Gerald was great and helped us pick out a knob and even asked if we needed help anywhere in the store as he was very glad to, even took the time to communicate with my family in Spanish. Great customer service and excellent attitude.

This store is always neat and clean. Always greeted by the employees The cashier Simone is always very professional polite. Recognizing that I am a veteran each time I shop. Making sure that I found everything that I was looking for.

Mediocre experience today. Their cash registers are not in sync with the sales/special prices. You really have to remember or show them on your phone that said item is this price, and available to purchase at this store. And it can still be a hassle. Store looked much better today, I was in there the day before and it was almost impossible to navigate with a cart, due to re stocking, their label printer carts etc. Overall the store is just average, some days are better than others. The staff is generally pretty good. I do wish they'd hire more people, cashiers and department people, they, well most stores run a skeleton crew these days.

Staff are always helpful, polite and easy to locate. I’m doing a lot of home projects and new to this. Staff are helpful in assisting me in information on the products to section assigned. The store is clean and organized.

All the items and materials, are easily to locate, the employee are friendly, and willing to assist.

outstanding service n assistance by very knowledgable Jack in garden thay helped in what brand bn model riding mower tractor would fit my application and warranties. outstanding help for a rather huge new technology for me. Michelle, spec serv n assist manager, outstanding help with my sister in Florida purchasing the 1 John Deere riding tractor at Hanford store and the special online irder for the enivorment enclosure e120 model. fantastic assistance by both of them, and Rebecca in customer service thank you to all in our purchasing this John Deere riding tractor.

Everything was great except the quality of the mulch it was very wet and many flying insects and bugs plus a lot of debris such as pices of bricks, metal, and rocks - I will not buy vigoro mulch again.

Store was very clean and products were easy to find. I shop local as much as I can to support our community. I had the best experience ever. Sales associate was awesome made my purchases easy. Had no problems whatsoever. Will always return and continue shopping at our Hanford Home Depot.

There comes a time in every man’s life when they are going to have to ask for assistance with something in a hardware store. But you find out who you really are in doing so. Fortunately, that point in my life was last Tuesday. I received help in a time of need from Mercedes. She lead me through each step of my journey to complete the purchasing stages of a project: Because of her, I was able to rise up victorious and leave the store with everything I needed! This store is Number 1 for a reason!

Me and my husband actually looking some of appliances for our newly purchased house and we’re kinda budgeting our money. The employees at this Home Depot are some of the most courteous and helpful customer service providers. Our most recent experience at this store was great thanks to very helpful Victor, Jim and Andrea.

I previously wrote a negative review for this store. The store manager, Mr. M. Myers, was quick, within a day, to contact me and begin solving the problem. It shared with me why I have always felt Home Depot was a great store to shoo at for so many years. I though bruefly the store had changed...but.no....by far this store.manager is polite, respectful and cares. Hanford Home Depot rates a 5 of 5 from me and disregard.my previous negative review, few weeks ago. Thank you and thank you Hanford Home Depot store.

in insulation dept r38 was standing upright 2 of them ....hiding r30 behind. so stick price of $28....looked as if it went with these 2- r38 bags.  I loaded 1 and some wood. At check out.. cashier rang up r38 insulation at 73.75.  oh no.......when I questioned she called for assistance.  that young man and i went back to insulation n he determined those 2 bags didnt fit where they belong and had been left there...he saw they covered the other insulation behind it. said the other stack r38$73.75 abt 10-15'away was correct price. manager called to see if any discount could be offered...manager was blunt.. rude and did not nor helpful  when even directly asked if he would offer any discount or reduction....simply said my fault i didnt read the sticks having wrong product there said i should read the sign as it was clear r30 not r38. he walked away basically shoo there building a tiny hime and this tonight was rude and extremely odd. a waste of my time. i will be going next time somewhere else. bare and switch of products really gets me in the backside. this clearly was an example of that n how it was implied and hiding the r30. stupid sticker labels with price are small print but the price if u are standing a few ft away. I am sure another store will have a better attitude and helpful. I shop here and have spent plenty of money.....just very odd tonight and the rudeness by manager.
