Hatillo Home Depot has all your needs for gardening, landscaping and herbicides. My husband visits weekly to see the latest plants and flowers for his landscaping ideas. If you need equipment or materials for construction; Home Depot is a one stop store. I hope they add more English speaking personnel to cover the demand.

Excellent customer service and I am a veteran and one gentleman at the store gave me the flyer to fill the veterans application to get savings from Home Depot

The employees will do their best to find what you need or give you advice in any particular building topic.

Homedepot bundle is very good and always has good inventory. An area for the queue to pay would be a very good idea, as customers we do not recognize an official area to pay for the items and we have to ask the employees where the customer should be located.

I have being buying during a few weeks the paint at Home depot and the personnel in the paint department really help you out and are very friendly. Also at the time of payment the cashier are very helpful.

There's a lot of pigeons, and bird droppings at the garden section. It would be nice to work with and get rid of that. Also, the air conditioning system is poor. Too hot inside the store. Climate instore makes you leave sooner.

Home Depot Hatillo is an hour's drive for us. My husband was in line at the register when he realized he forgot to bring his wallet. He called me at home and I reached out to customer service and got the nicest woman, Lillian. She was professional, nice, and efficient and helped us pay over the phone so that my husband wouldn't have to drive all the way back home for his wallet. THANK YOU, LILLIAN!!
