Home Depot employees are always professional, friendly and helpful. It's my favorite DIY place to be!

Waited so long for someone to come help I found the items myself just not happy with this specific location.

I needed help in Tools. Big guy working kept saying he help. passed me at least 7 times, Never helped 1x.. I was about to give up when I prayed for a helper. God sent me Damascus. Not his depth but said he'd help the best he could. He answered 2 basic questions , showed me the tool and accessories I needed, went to go find a key and took to checkout. I went to paint next. and there I was helped by Ms. Terri J. Shes equally as awesome. but Damascus was above and beyond. I almost left. I usually shop elsewhere. But Damascus made all the difference.. Integrity is his middle name. awesome service. deserves a 10.. Hes tops..

We had several tools etc… we had to purchase for business and a few personal items for ourselves and everyone was great in helping us! Our cashier Guadalupe was awesome since we had to split our purchases, it became important to her to make sure we had the proper receipts one for work and our receipt. We love our Hemet Home Depot!

I went in and out so quick and the girls named Liz and Nathalie were so so kind and opened a box for me also help me find out how to light a tree and was very kind to me as I was checking out!!

Dori, I've had the pleasure to work with this individual before and once again I am extremely satisfied with her work performance and ethics considering that she is an employee of a bigger corporation but still keeps the small town experience with listening and understanding to the problems that may be faced with dealing with each and every customer. We purchased our Christmas tree along with other items for our home project, and walked out happy with being offered great customer service.

Know How things are working use some secret shoppers instead of asking customers I know it might cost a little of your budget but it is your job to make shure your business is running the way you expect.. it is not a good idea to have customers dictating how to manage a business

Sarah Mari Buenita did a great job handling the problem making sure I was a happy customer and make sure that I do want to return back to this store. It was not an easy problem to solve but they handle it professionally and an expediently. But want to go back to the store and have individuals work on anything that I may come up.

Customer service seems to have taken a real dive but I was treated so well from the time I entered Home Depot on Sanderson until the second I left the store, my products were available and customer service was above and beyond! Thanks so much!!!

Over all a very good store. It is my first stop for my home repair projects. But every summer, by the end of July you stop stocking swamp cooler supplies. I come in looking for pads and the shelves aren't just empty, but stocked with something else. I`ll bet by next week that space will be full of Halloween decorations. Maybe if I put those up around the house I`ll just think it is cold out, and wont need the cooler pads. Lets use some common sense. Stock what people need now. Hope someone up stairs reads this.

The long lines at the checkout suck.

The store is well-stocked, clean, and has a wide variety of yard and house plants to choose from. Store staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful employees. Usually you can find someone to answer a question (as opposed to the competition). The store was in a clean condition & usually items were where they were supposed to be. The entire experience from start to finish is usually good.

The team at the Hemet store are amazing! I can always count on these employees to guide me to proper Isles, returns are fast and easy.. DO NOT RECOMMEND. MANAGER LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. DELIVERY DATE FOR MY PURCHASE WAS CHANGED WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AFTER WAITING ALL DAY TODAY 6 AM TO 8 PM FOR DELIVERY. REQUESTED CHANGE OF DELIVERY DATE WITH SMALLER TIME FRAME THAT IS AVAILABLE FOR $20 SHORTENS DELIVERY TIME FRAME FROM 14 HRS TO 4 HRS. MANAGER REFUSED TO MAKE THIS OPTION AVAILABLE TO ME EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY WASTED ALL MY DAY TODAY WAITING FOR MY SHED . REQUESTED REFUND .

I would just like to take a moment to compliment the Home Depot in Hemet, Ca. The store is a big welcoming for our community. The friendliness of the employee, needs to be addressed. The story is great layouts great the only thing that I didn't like when I visited the Hemet Home Depot was when I went into Garden, I experienced an associate by the name of Natalie bullying and belittling two other associates and not really carrying who sees or hears. It was so bad I hadn't intervened just for her to stop she didn't care who was around she kept on.

The store was busy and there were many employees in store on Friday June 18, 2021. I had a good time shopping in this store and enjoy driving to Home Depot when I have a special need to do so. The store was clean and I got assistance when I needed employee skills and generous knowledge. Plus, each employee was very helpful and nice to talk with.
