people are nice and the store is clean.

I appreciate the store being well stocked, clean, organized and the inside being well lit. Also, the employees being helpful and professional. My only complaint is that too many lights in the parking lot were out and it was VERY dark. This is a big problem due to crime being up everywhere, including Hilliard.

We were in need of a new stove and dishwasher we decided upon this location due to convenience and I'm so glad we did, we were assisted by May Chen she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all products we inquired about.. she exceeded our expectations!!!

A store manger at the Hilliard Ohio location (John Reed) actually offered and drove to another Home Depot location to pick up items that were out of stock at my local Home Depot and delivered to my local store for pick up. Best customer service I have received in years!

The sales associate named Tom at Home Depot was excellent very attentive to my needs to make sure I found what I was looking for thank you Tom

in and out and a real convenient store for me.

Renee is amazing . She is the reason our company shops at this Home Depot. Anytime I ever have an issue (which is extremely rare) Renee fixes it promptly and exceeds all expectations above and beyond. I’ve been shopping weekly at this Home Depot for 10 years and I have never had any issues with Renee.

Josh in lumber helped us pick the right material, cut it to size and even gave free piece of lumber to my son to build his train track :)

Excellent Service and Friendly Associates

Went in for a few items on the evening of Sunday June 5th. The cashier was very friendly. Cannot same the same about the long haired gentleman working the key center and the 3 girls working the customer service/pickup counter. I work in customer service and the attitudes those 4 employees had was awful.

There is a wide variety of plants at good prices in the nursery. Plants are well-tended.

I've bought many plants from this store that have thrived and i love the selection of pots and soils they have that I have not found at other hardware stores. Also have decent prices for my budget.

I’ve had multiple experiences in this store where the expertise and opinions shared by the workers was just what I needed.

I shop at the Mill Run Home Depot often and each time has been a pleasurable experience. It's employee's like Josef and May at the service desk that every employer should be honored to have. Great job HD.

I was very thankful that Fran was there at the Garden Center at the Home Depot in Hilliard, Ohio to help me choosing the right flowers for my flower bed.

No one can answer your question in the floor department. It took me 4 hours to setup my order for Carpet Installation as no one understood how the Free Installation promotion works .

The guys in this store are very nice and friendly. They always give me very useful suggestions in what I need and what I should not buy. When I look for something, they always ask to help me. The cashier is so nice that figure out issue with coupon. I definitely will visit it.

Usually there is someone to greet you when going into the store. I usually go to where the item I need is on the shelf or floor, if I don't find what I need, I'll ask an associate and they will take me right to the item I;m looking for. I don't believe I've seen the store dirty but I know there are times that they have to stock things up. As usual, the associates are very friendly and willing to help and guide you if needed.

Kam, the check out person was wonderful! I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot.
