We purchased a ge clothes dryer from Alakawa Street Home Depot. When island movers delivered our dryer the refused to remove door from cabinet to install dryer we needed to do that. Then the rude delivery guy refused to install our clothes dryer because the dryer vent was made of plastic. I have never hear of such a thing. So our new clothes dryer sit in the dinning room and I was told I need to hire a handyman or electrician to install the clothes dryer. None of this was ever told to us when we purchased. I filed a compliant with BBB and Home Depot has lost me as a customer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to a kupuna of 80 years old. Shame on them!

There are many wonderful employees in the store, but Rachel in Flooring really stands out. She is very knowledgeable in a lot of areas of the store. I am happy to see people like her when I have many questions to be answered, as I can get all of my information from one source.

I like my Vissani refrigerator which lasted me more than I expected, I ordered the same brand again.

Spent weeks dealing with damaged goods delivered by unfriendly people. Making the return was an absolute nightmare. Unacceptable and poor customer service. Unacceptable automated phone experience. No calls back when I was told someone would be calling me back.

Some employees are great and take pride in their work. I have great respect for them. Some are just trying to collect a paycheck. Businesses are having a hard time finding the good ones.

Everyone seem to be busy with their own personal issues than attending to customers! Very unprofessional at all!

I tried on 2 separate occasions to get some information on plumbing products and in each case after holding and being disconnected after multiple rings, had to call the national office to be connected with a supervisor for answers. Each time I was told that that should not have happened. I am skeptical, understandably.

I came back to this store in 2022 after having bailed on it a few years back. They are doing a great job. Store is well stocked and there are tons of orange vests there to help in every aisle! The only bummer is the awful costco traffic!!

I’m very disappointed in the associates in the appliance department at Home Depot Honolulu so lazy and dishonest.
