I am attempting a somewhat complicated plumbing project. It is definitely the biggest one I've attempted so far. I was looking at the various fittings for a while when a store employee asked if I needed help. Don, patiently listened as I described the project, we talked it through, and he helped me find the fittings I needed. So grateful for his help!

Awesome customer service

I bought some molding that needed to be cut down and I didn’t know how to do it and I brought them back to Home Depot and Miguel help me and he was wonderful. He cut everything perfectly and was more than happy and willing to do it. That’s a five star employee right there.!

I can't tell you how helpful these people are.

Quick trip pick up shellac wood finish, some nuts and washers for guitar repair/building, and some spare square dowels for plants. I'm in a manual push wheelchair, every isle was more than wide enough and clear enough to get up and down without any waiting or maneuvering. Everyone was helpful.

It was a pleasure to shop in your store, because the employees were so courteous and helpful. Kim Arndt, Bob R., Bryan and Paul. They were all very helpful in helping us with our project.

The microwave is the best ever and I got it for a great price

Susan was my cashier on 12/30/23 and impressed me. I always thought the Pro Xtra program was for contractors, when it was inquired upon checking out and I said I wasn't a member it wasn't offered to become one. Well, Susan changed that! She asked and offered and helped me get everything set up, including labeling the job for the items I was purchasing so I could easily track it all. She went above and beyond my previous experiences and really made me happy I chose this location and will continue to do so. Thanks heaps, Susan! Gold star for you!

My sewer snake purchased at home depot has saved me hours of time out in the field. The cordless one is light and powerful enough to get the jobs done.

Went in to get something that the website said was on hand....It wasn't! Arrrgh Usually this store in particular has been better than most.

I was here two days in a row. I was surprised how helpful employees were! That is an A+ for customer service!!

I shop at this Home Depot store frequently. And in nearly every trip I receive top-shelf customer care from its employees...they're not only courteous but also knowledgeable in the product area I'm interested in. And if they're uncertain they don't hesitate to call for help.

I was helped by a new employee. She had only been there 3 weeks and had a natural customer service welcoming demeaner and smile. I expect good service and also understand employees can have a bad day or few moments but this was not the case. I will go back to this Home Depot. Thank you, Beth

GOT WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY OUTSIDE PROJECT, SETTING PAVERS. REALIZED I ALSO NEEDED A TAMPER. BACK TO MY STORE. IN AND OUT OF THE STORE IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. TAMPER IS GOOD FOR ARM EXCERCISE ALSO. PROJECT ALMOST COMPLETED

Today I went in with a difficult deck project unsure of which product would best suit my needs. We are unsure of the age of our deck and after starting prep, we learned that this deck was built of many types of wood and stain. Bruce was the kindest and most knowledgeable employee he helped explain the paint stripping process, recommended a few options of stain/ deck over and really made me feel empowered to do this project. For all of your painting needs visit the Home Depot and if Bruce is working, definitely chat with him for any of your questions!!!

I'm very satisfied with my shopping experience, I found what I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. Staff was nice ,helpful and friendly.

Several employees asked us if we needed help on a very busy Saturday with lots of customers in the store. One even walked around the store with us, helping us locate items we wanted which saved us at least 30-45 minutes.

Had a great experience shopping for carpet with a nice incentive with spending $599 or more which was free installation which is always a nice surprise. Employees were friendly and informative and professional and Tallahassee helped me when I needed it. Thank you to the individuals working in that department you all are rock stars!!
