David F in Garden was very helpful with my shopping needs and took the time to educate me on various products I was looking for. The Cashier was very Friendly and she (Kelly) fast and efficient in the checkout process.

Love this store in this location very good customer service and I always find what I need. Thank you Home Depot.

My cashier's name was Robbie And she was there to check me out as soon as I was finished shopping. She asked me did I find everything I needed And I told her yes. I showed her my retired military ID and she said thank you for your service And applied my discount to my total . She had a very professional attitude, was well dressed and she well represented home depot. Every time I walk in the Oakley store it is very neat and the people are very friendly And I find whatever I need

Every time I go to any Home Depot I make me feel part of a big family reunion were everyone is friendly and helpful.

Appliance specialist Shirla Menendez is a wonderful lady, if you need any appliances please get with her. Her pleasant attitude & cheerful personality is a joy. She helped me tremendously & I really appreciated it.

Military shoppers beware. A hidden policy (yes hidden because they do not advertise it) at this store is to limit your discount to $50 so it may be wise to make large purchases elsewhere

I bought red mulch but the only pallet, up front, was used by the previous customer. The associate, Micah D., called for a forklift to bring another pallet but no help came. After 30 minutes, Micah went to the back twice, loaded up a flatbed, and carried out 30 bags of mulch. He went beyond the call of duty, while the forklift support, did not.

Easy to navigate, find, and buy what we need

There are signs on the door and announcements made that everyone must wear a mask but, there are numerous customers not wearing masks. Managers should be throughout the store enforcing the mask policy. The fact that they don't shows complete disregard for vulnerable customers.

We have had some appliance issues over the past few months. The associates and managers have been amazing. They stepped up and made things right. Because of this, we just purchased an appliance package through this store and will continue to make this Home Depot are go to store.

I always try to support this store because it’s local and I’d like for it to stay in this area. Unfortunately though their customer service is horrible, from the greeting to actually needing any help in the store. I work in retail and understand it gets busy but you should always greet customers with a smile and offer help not point a finger down an aisle somewhere.

Out of all the Home Depot stores that we have over here on the west side I do find at the store peers to be the cleanest, well-stocked and most importantly most friendly and helpful team members. Gaining access to the store, is really easy from the First Coast Tollway State Road 23, as it is a straight shot off of 103rd St. here in Jacksonville, FL.

I’m not sure what has happened to this store over the last couple years but the customer service is horrible. Employees seem like they hate their job and if you can even get someone to help you they don’t know where anything is. It’s depressing to shop here. Will drive the extra 6 miles to shop at Middleburg or Orange Park from now on.

I found this store to be very clean and the salesmen to be very helpful. Its close to my house and that makes it more convenient. Shop here all the time.

Went to purchase 12 bags of stones. As a senior, I requested assistance in loading my cart. Customer assistance was sent over PA system. After approx, 15 minutes with no one in site, I proceeded to load the bags. As I was done, I saw a store associate strolling to the area on his phone?? Upon checking out, I advised the cashier of the problem. She gave no indication that she was interested in my problem. I called the store to voice my opinion, but the person on the other side just gave me a standard ans.

Alan at the pro desk is always very knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased a door from Home Depot and paid Home Depot to install it. I threw the cashier named Stephanie a curve ball by paying with a company check from the Realestate company that I work for. This required a quick phone call to get the check approved as it is not my company but all is well. Stephanie was able to make it happen quickly for me. Check got approved and the door is getting installed. A big THANK YOU to Allen at the pro desk for his help and to Stephanie at Customer Service desk for her help as well.

Always a great experience shopping at this store.
