I got a great deal on Memorial Day sales! My appliances were scheduled for delivery within a week! Then it all got lost in shipping and never arrived. I was able to reach STEVEN and he took control of the problem and each area of service and delivery. Problems can happen and I judge a company by how well they solve the problem. This store and this employee handled it professionally and promptly. I remain satisfied customer.

We shop there almost every week. It's close and has almost everything we need at a good price. The employees are for the most part very help full

Needed help with an appliance issue. Steven was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. Was quite pleased with service during this visit.

Picked up a tent for a vendor for our event, in process. We helped them set it up only to find out it had been returned and was a wreck. Burn holes, duct tape on legs, and bent legs. Soooo disappointed. Will only go back to return this crap.

My family and I just moved and needed a few keys to be cut. A simple task for most hardware stores and even some big box retail stores. This Home Depot… not so much. I wish they would have said the machine was broken and we went somewhere else. They miscut the key, handed me the wrong key saying this was it and chose more expensive blanks without informing me. I asked for a total of 5 keys to be cut and I kid you not, the “associate” lost count…. To 5…. I say avoid here at all costs.

This store has armed security guards. I own guns. So no problem there. I do have a problem with the guards that carry the guns. I realize the store is having issues, I am not comfortable withe the training and back ground checks on the guards. Are they going to get crazy and shoot someone for stealing a paint scrapper? At least I am not shopping in Brooklyn NY. I will be shopping at another Home Depot now.

I love this store and have shopped here for years. Unfortunately, there is a new cashier in the Garden Center (tall kid with silver fingernail polish), and I've honestly never seen such rude behavior on the part of an employee. Someone needs to speak with this guy.

Needed a new hot water heater. Since we live 25mi north of the Jantzen Beach store I wanted to be sure, so I called ahead: They had the particular water heater I needed (small space): They had ONLY one. Female employee, Erin, had another employee bring it up to the front and put my name on it. When I arrived at the store I found my water heater up front. Same female employee was there when I arrived and addressed me by the name that was written on the heater box: Mr. Ed. She even remembered, during our initial phone conversation, that I had mentioned I was retired military. Quick application of the military discount and we were done at the register. Another employee, James S., accompanied Erin and I out to my truck to load: Erin held the cart while James S. and I loaded. I was on my way home to install our new water heater! Total time I was at this store: 10min!! THAT IS SOME MIGHTY FINE, TOP NOTCH, SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered online only took 4days was available and everyone was nice

Just as I entered the store, store employee Sean took to me to the protect, and he was able to answer my questions. Also saved me time by knowing Islle numbers for a quicker shopping experience.

Noah, Elijah, Damian, Steven and every other employee I have dealt with make every trip here a success, but especially these young men. There is nothing better than feeling appreciated when you are in a store whether you are spending $5.00 or $5,000.00 and these young men are amazing!

Never had the chance to get what I needed

Most the employees know me by name, all treat me well, and are friendly and knowledgeable

I like this store because it is easily accessible on my way home from work, but not overly crowded. The staff are always helpful and reduce my wondering around aimlessly by answering my questions.

I went in to get a lot of receipts re-printed. This was an effortless experience. What a professional and positive minded crew.

Scot helped me address an issue with a purchase in a proactive and customer service oriented manner. So much so, I had a positive experience during my visit and purchase at Home Depot this evening.

I am very impressed at how your employees our very determined and was working hard and always with a smile I was surprised that the pro desk was open and how sandy was working by herself at the pro desk and still had that happy contagious smile and then came back at a later time of the day and she was working at customer service I am very happy that this store do care about there pro members and always help us in our needs like me

I've shopped here for decades and the problems have never improved: messy aisles often clogged with access ladders and little product pushing stands, stock availability issues, and many surly and poorly trained ill-informed staff members. It's unusual to encounter someone who really knows a product area rather than just guessing at an answer to my questions. I shop there because it's the closest one to home, otherwise I'd go elsewhere.

I went to the Jantzen Beach Home Depot because I was in that part of the city, and I am glad I was there to be able to work with friendly people who were actually willing to help me find what I was looking for. I needed a new sink faucet, and found lots to look at and choose from at this location. I am very happy with the MOEN product I ultimately bought, and happy with the sales associate who helped me make my choice.

Karla, the pm cashier was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She would glare at customers and staff

We bought water heater. The Rheem 50 gal electric leaked upon installation. Our initial contact at HD was with a not very bright employee. We were 30 minutes into trying to get the heater but these folks were UNMOTIVATED to do anything. Then along came JAMES S and saved the sale. What a great employee who treated us well. Thank you James!

The new Ryobi Air Inflator is awesome. I use it for my 5th wheel camper and it is so easy to keep my tire pressure right on target. Works on my bike and other items around the house.

The Pro check-outs are not open during all store hours and that was kind of inconvenient.

I purchased a wheelbarrow, the online website said there were 28 available 'in stock',there were none available, I had a rental truck and time was ticking on it, Conan took great care of me, and I left with a great wheelbarrow, feeling great about the experience.

I really like this store but its always a gamble with the homeless asshats wandering around doing the bad things they do. Just a bad area but a great store!

It exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
