I ran in at lunch to grab a few items. Gus was very helpful. He took me directly to the aisles where the items were located and made recommendations related to what I needed.

The employees are k land willing to go out of their way to help you! I have never been disappointed!

Mark in the tool department was a great and friendly sales person, they gave us helpful tips, and an honest opinion on a cordless sander we were looking to purchase. He is an asset to the Home Depot.

If there were more sales assistants like Gus in tile floors I would have given the store 5 stars. He was knowledgeable, patient and very willing to help all with a smile and make a frustrated customer a happy Home Depot purchaser.

I bought 2 8 inch screwdrivers and 2 small and medium sized clippers for garden work. They are better versions than anything the local hardware store has in stock.

Employees will take the time to share their opinions / knowledge, compare models of whatever you’re looking for and be there to help you through your purchase up until checkout. Jerome & Jason were incredibly helpful during my last visit! Keep an eye out and look for these two to help you if you ever find yourselves at this store!

Home Depot Jericho is the Best Home Depot on Long Island. Further, the selection of Items is tremendous compared to other Home Depot locations in a 50 mile radios. Also, ask for Brad in Pro. This kid is one of the most professional, respectful and help Home Depot employee that I've ever met.

Norm at home depot was always hard to find help finding someone to answer questions. I am a pro customer and since I met Bradley Levin my experience has changed. From the time I enter till I am all done and he checks me out all my queations, concerns .. I mean all in all are taken care of by him without me feeling that my precious time is been wasted as I do not have to wait looking around trying to find help. Bradley Levin is the key. An asset for Home Depot who bears knowledge and a very positive attitude.

Beware of Home Depot. I was discriminated against because I am a 67 year old Senior Citizen. I bought a utility cabinet that 2 employees were required to load on the orange home Depot cart. The check out person refused to get me help to load the cabinet into my vehicle. When I informed the store manager, Andrew Carbone, he refused to speak with the cashier who was more interested in speaking on their cell phone than helping me find help to load the product in my vehicle.

My trip was seamless thanks to Jakiya. Wonderful employee to represent your store.

I think you guys need more cashiers.
