After shopping at Home Depot for over 40 years they have been consistently helpful, respectful, and kind. It's my first 'go to' hardware store because they usually have everything I need.

Always greeted warmly. The gentleman in carpet was friendly, helpful, and made it an easy and pleasant experience.

The Home Depot employee answered my many questions, made suggestions to save me money and made sure that I bought the correct attachment for my shop vac. I alwost bought one that would not have fit my machine.

I am there so much it feels like a second home. Anyone that knows me understands if I'm not home or working I am most likely at home depot. I like to discover new things and help random shoppers with finding what they need.

Jeff and Brad who work in appliances are very caring and helpful! Brad has worked there 16 years and knows so very much about which appliance would serve you best! He totally helped us get the best refrigerator! We are thankful!

I stopped into the 4646 - 28th Street store in Grand Rapids MI to pick up window trim and a threshold for our entry door. Casey greeted me at the contractor's desk. He then walked me to BOTH areas and helped me pick out what I needed. He even took the time to cut my window trim. We then walked back to his register and checked me out. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, maybe less. It was almost like a personal shopping trip! Well done, Casey!!!

I was so grateful for Nate, a warm and extremely helpful employee working in the tools department. He assisted me in finding tools for my husband for Christmas.

I have had nothing but great experiences working with the team at the Kentwood Home Depot Pro desk. They all go out of their way to ensure my needs are met and I leave happy. One time I was on a concrete pour and was running out mid pour and phoned ahead to explain my problem so they had a pallet of quikrete staged under the Pro parking "loading area" so that I could get in, out and back to the job ASAP. It worked too! This team is special, and I will go out of my way to shop at the Kentwood Home Depot because of them.

But the flooring early this month and my builder put it in and it looks awesome

The smart ceiling fan is advertised on the end cap for one price and then rings up for another at the register. The team members were able to communicate this very quickly and I purchased the product for the lower advertised price.

Staff is extremely helpful and fair. Made my shopping experience outstanding. Highly recommend this store.

I purchased an upright freezer from Home Depot about 2 years ago for myself and decided to come back to Home Depot to purchase a chest freezer for my son and his family and another chest freezer for myself. All 3 freezers are working well!

I was greeting immediately by Benson who is a great person to be the greeter. Peter was amazing to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Logan the cashier who assisted me on a second purchase minutes after Peter checked me out was very friendly too. Because of Peter I came right back to buy something I forgot and could have bought elsewhere. Nice clean store with friendly employees.

This is the first time I have been in the store. I am from up north and I was very pleased at the selection of merchandise and the friendliness of the employees and the cleanliness of the store.

I typically shop in the early hours especially if I anticipate a search. Volunteering help from the staff members is always welcome even if I don't need it. Typically I find the associates at this location to be helpful and friendly. The personal touch separates the instore experience from online sources. Definitely more difficult to achieve in the big box environment, but, this location does pretty well.

We needed to find a refrigerator. All the associates that helped us were 100% helpful. We went to other stores to find a refrigerator. Only the HD professional gave us the time and solutions we needed to make the right decision.

I was in the store 2 weeks ago to get coded on kitchen Quartz countertop and I love the service provided by one of your associate. Unfortunately I don’t have your name but order number was H2715-171485 and I want to thank her for good care of customers!

We are remodeling a bathroom, and needed everything. Took it down to the studs. Salvadore was the best sales associate we have ever had. He checked us out. All the sales associates were very helpful and friendly.

So nice to meet an employee that helps you and smiles all the while. Carried my power washer to the checkout and then to my car!!!

I bought Ramset gun couple hit on the wall and broke. So I report Supervisior. He such nice and humble man so he gave me brand new with old one. I felt just wow. This is customer service we need. Thanks homedepot family. Love you all.

The worst carpet installation service ever. Free is not always good. Late, unprofessional, cause Shelving unit to break and would not rehang it, barely spoke English. Employees & supervisor need training in customer service not all on the same page.
