Exemplary Service in every way, shape and form. A young man named Charlie was very polite, and brought equipment to retrieve two chest freezers from an upper bay. Our safety and his was an absolute focus as well as customer service. I stopped him in an aisle for assistance and he immediately came to my assistance. Perfect! They a clerk at the checklanes named Carmen - again perfect! She then called a young man named Ty to assist with loading two chest freezers. Again, perfect. The service, courtesy and care for our needs is what every retailer should be, but few are. Home Depot nailed it AGAIN! Thank you so much!

Many times when I needed home improvement supplies, I drove to the Onalaska Home Depot store to get the right items at the right price. I purchased all of my wooded kitchen cabinets from Home Depot, and I am happy.

A GREAT shopping experience at HD in Onalaska today (6-4-2024). I went to HD to purchase a specific item (Ryobi Expand-it -- tool only) and store associate (Travis) led me to a BETTER deal that cost only 40 bucks more, but in the box was the tool, a charger and a battery. Considering the cost of just one OEM battery, the deal was a no-brainer, and now I have a spare battery and an extra charger so I can charge two batteries at a time. Friendly customer service!

With my two interactions this past week at this Home Depot store in LaCrosse, I don't know how they're still on business.

I absolutely love shopping in this store. The garden center is always so well stocked with beautiful and wonderfully priced items. It makes it hard to leave with just one item. I recommend this store to everyone I know. The staff is pleasant, well versed in the plants they provide, and willing to help when ever it is needed.

Always friendly, knowledgable and kind. I needed some assistance finding large 45 gal garbage cans. The employee, Trevor was awesome.

This store had the quality tools I needed and Sharon was an extremely helpful cashier.

I have shopped here for a couple years now, for all my projects I have going on. The staff along with the material that Home Depot provides has been excellent every time. Emphasis on the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and as a customer, you can feel the positivity and good energy the staff brings everyday.

Very nice experience

Ben and Dane were so helpful to us when we picked up lumber. We interrupted their work, yet they cut the boards to the size we wanted and did this cheerfully. At the checkout, Carson was friendly and efficient, which was very nice to experience at the checkout.

Keep out the great hospitality!!! You guys rock!! Specially Christine Crogan and Kroger!!! They made our shopping experience much better then expected!!

I went to the Onalaska, WI Home Depot store on 16 February and I was treated very well. What happened is that I purchased 30 pieces of lumber at Home Depot and two employees helped load the lumber and supplies into the back of my pick-up truck, it was 24 degrees outside and they made my shopping experienced easy.

Working with Steve from Electrical was a great experience. Very helpful and informative.

Found out first hand why going to a speciality paint store is worth paying extra for! Unless you know exactly what you need,it's a challenge getting any help

Called a day before I bought a riding lawnmower the girl said she’d leave a note for someone the next day so they would be prepared for the sale and yes there’s a bagger for this mower in stock. Next day I asked this manager but he was not informed then found the mower outside under plastic had to find an outlet to plug in the battery charger to jump start it then I had to change the battery out while the store help assisted me because terminal was stripped. I finally left an hour later

Employees like Peggy and Steve are pretty common at this store. That doesn't make them "common." It shows how the team there is on the same page and well aligned with the customer first in mind. They all know their manager's name Andy and that is impressive! Always get greeted, always get asked if need assistance, and more importantly - it is a neighborhood feel in the store. Keep up the great focus on us your customers - we'll keep coming back!

I didn't know where to find the tool I was looking for, but the new employee showed me. Even though I was going to use self check out, an employee helped me. She even pointed out the survey.

I bought a rug a month or so ago and Inliked it so much went back and bought the larger size

Bought a LG refrigerator from Home Depot instead of online because we had Matthew help us get the correct fitting and features needed. Then when we returned Teaera checked us out with great explanation of warranty, service and installation needs.

Excellent customer service while deciding on type of flooring to purchase. Purchased Lifeproof High Traffic Pro Vinyl plank. A nice high quality product at a reasonable price.
