Easy to order online purchases. Always am able to pick up inside store or in lockers. If unavailable for any reason I’ve received call back from store personnel. They are very pleasant and makes shopping here enjoyable.

Finding the things we needed for our new home was quick and easy. What we needed was in stock and we didn't have to wait. The staff was helpful and friendly!

I'm looking for gutter parts and four associates on both sides of me within 15ft talking with each other and playing with their phones. Not one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. When I did ask for help the associates response was: "Ima be there in a minute," and continued to chat with a female associate. He took forever to walk over to where I was and when asked to find a downspout he looks up in the storage and says they're out and they wouldn't be no place else and walks off. I expect this feces from this HD store because that's the norm here. No accountability.

So lightweight, the battery is a plus, no bumping for extra string.....perfect

I bought a Lawn Master Pavilion from Home Depot several years ago that I absolutely love. Today I purchased a pergola and extension to match the existing Pavilion. Installation provided makes it possible. With interest free financing Home Depot makes it affordable.

I visited the local Home Depot location last night and was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the employees. Employees approached me numerous times to offer assistance in locating items I was looking for. Will definitely visit this store in the future!

My hot water tank malfunctioned just before Christmas with a houseful of guests... so needless to say I was upset. I really was in no mood to go through the usual hassles most of us endure to exchange a major appliance (especially a hot water tank). The manufacturer couldn't send me the replacement part for this tank (due to the famous supply chain issue) ... so they authorized return of the tank to Home Depot. It turns out that it was a very good experience working with Mr. James in the appliance department. He genuinely cared about resolving the issue for me, and he did. He went above and beyond, and I'm looking forward to getting the replacement tomorrow. I highly recommend shopping for your appliances at this Home Depot.

staff is always friendly, store is clean and aisles are stocked. it's really convenient that the store is only 1/4mile from my house!

I was assisted immediately in my search for a residential water heater.

When I go to this Home Depot there are employee's that are ready to answer your questions. I was in the grass trimmer area looking for a weed eater. I didn't have to go far to find a nice young man to help me. The lady at self checkout was very nice and friendly. I'm sorry I didn't get their names but it was around 2:40pm on 7/31/21 if that narrows it down. Great employee's!

We was shopping for a new washer and dryer set came to Home Depot and got the be best deal out there on our new GE set and the customer service was the best ever provided by cashier Tialynn she went over and beyond to make our shopping experience the best ever thanks you!!!!

Always enjoy shopping at Home Depot but today the sales rep (Ike) was especially helpful in explaining the advantages of LCD recessed lighting.

Store department people ignore you, unless your a good looking woman then they go up and down the isles looking to see if you need any help! I was walked by three or four times by two employees, that saw me struggling with a large heavy box and kept walking! I have never been treated like this in this in any store I have ever shopped in before in my life! Home depot you need to retrain your people or fire them all!

The associate (Eddie) in the flooring section was very helpful and patient. He addressed all of concerns and he was very pleasant.

This store is always asking to help, check out lines are always short, employees seem to like to work in this store.....all a reflection on the managers, that has had the same store manager for years

I do not want to shop at a store that doesn’t have cashiers. When you can speak to a worker they are friendly but I would like to have a person to interact with when checking out.

Shopped at Home Depot on Saturday 3/13/2021. The store was relatively busy, shelves were well stocked and floors were orderly and clean. Extraordinary Customer service delivered by Erin and Eric in door accessories was worth writing a review over. Staff is friendly, and there are enough of them where you can find help if needed. Great job Home Depot!
