Anna in Garden was able to locate a plant for us that is not easy to find at any nursery. She went out of her way to ensure we got what we were looking for.

I bought a wall light lamp today . stuff that I need for my house and I’m very Satisfied, I also bought a 9 Ft Christmas tree back on Dec 21 and we are very Happy with our beautiful tree and we were also helped by the Same Employee Dannyelle

Always a great selection of products. Excellent garden center. Appreciate the fact that the cashiers always thank me for my service when I ask for the Veterans Discount. Also appreciate the Veteran Parking spaces.

We needed to do a return/exchange. I got what I thought was right and purchased it. It was not what my husband wanted, so I had to return and then purchase what he wanted. This was all in the space of 20 minutes. The return desk was steady busy, but Christina and Briana handled me and the other customers with professionalism and a few laughs along the way!

Julie in Hardware happened to get my call which was meant for the Garden Center. Even so, she went out to the GC three times to get information for me, sent me photos, and really went out of her way to help me. I hope she gets a raise! I had been searching in a 20 mile radius for this particular orange tree and she helped me get the last one in the store or anywhere else, for that matter. I give her 10 GOLD STARS!!!

Steel pipe cutting is a great service at Home Depot. I hope it never goes away.

I work out of state and had to purchase an exspensive tool that i never used. When back home the return of that tool was made easily and the money i spent was returned to my card no questions asked. Nice to know that when shopping at Home Depot i will find exactly what i am looking for.

I ordered 2 wine coolers which the delivery sub-contractor lost and never came. Terry from the store tried all afternoon to track them down and kept calling me to give me status. She then rescheduled the delivery, which came flawlessly, and she kept me updated the days leading up to and on the day of delivery. That is GREAT customer service!

If you have plumbing needs, Lake Elsinore's Tom is your go to guy. Vey pleasant and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I needed.

There was no help! Waited for 15 minutes in lumber to have someone cut a piece of wood. They were paged 3 different times and never showed up. Even went to different people to try and get help but no one was willing to assist. There were two other people in addition to myself needing help in lumber but guess they had the night off. Decided to go somewhere else.

I'm the queen of projects.. I have at least a dozen projects going at any one time... Fortunately Home Depot is only about 2 miles away from me.. I'm always needing a specific wood screw or a board or some soil for y countless indoor plants..or paint.. I love making things change color...

I use this store for all my household needs. Never had to return anything. Close to my home and friendly/helpful staff.

The manager, cashier, and sales associate were great. The associate took time to answer alot of questions concerning my expense purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and personal. I was very impressed.

I really love going to 8988. They are the best when it comes to being friendly and experience in helping with your shopping experience. Everyone seems to know where things are and they take the time to show you where things are. I must say William is doing a great job over there as their manager

Came in to browse around and pick up hinges for repair. I walked the whole store and not once was I engaged, or acknowledged. Went to check out and the cashier was having a conversation with the person in line and just holding up the line.
