Everyone at the Lake Mary, FL Home Depot that I encountered was smiling and greeting me throughout the store. I felt welcomed by the store staff. This was a pleasant change from other home improvement stores.

I buy plants, plant food, pavers/gardening blocks, mushroom compost & off-brand manure/soil for gardening. Their customer service is stellar, prices are fair, and I've had pretty good luck with plant longevity. Awesome selection in ALL categories.

I bought grass their today and the cashier, and other employees were rude and not willing to help load the grass.

Bought a replacement dishwasher - $884. The store associate was very helpful and professional and arranged delivery and installation. The delivery service was unprofessional and not equipped for a simple replacement installation. Complete nightmare.

EVERYONE was very helpful. Stephanie was OUTSTANDING and went out of her way to assist me, patiently helping me find the best products to meet my needs. Stephanie Also helped me connect and get assistance in other departments. Stephanie Is an EXCELLENT employee in many ways! Also, Steve at the front, as in my past visits, remembered me and is always friendly. Check out with Annette was easy and she was helpful in several ways.

We bought a refrigerator from Home Depot last week for my 77 year old mother. The sales associate Al was out of this world. I would buy from him every time from now on. However, Home Depot's delivery company has blow all future sales for me. The shut off for the water line was under the sink 5 feet way from the fridge and they refused to unhook the water line, remove the old fridge and were going to leave the fridge in my 77 year old mothers living room. What would an old lady have done with this? Thankfully I was there and I disconnected the water line in less than a minute. The store manager was very interested in my delivery issue but because this is not part of Home depot I don't think things will change. The staff of the store is great, so as long as there is no delivery I would shop here.

Stopped in to the store to pick up one item and unfortunately, the item was incorrectly labeled. The cashiers, Ali and Sajjad, and other store associates were very friendly and helpful in mitigating the issue and provided excellent customer service. Overall, very pleased with my experience in the store.

I recently went through Home Depot to get a service that would replace my homes ducts and I couldn’t be happier with the contractor they sent out.

Horrible experience, the employees do not know how to talk to people. The cashier Miriam, was the only one who had common sense on people skills. Other than that this place is a disappointment. There are so many other home improvement stores out there, why shop here.

This Home Depot has some very good associates that will really help you and really love their job. Best example is Al from the appliance Department. If you need to purchase any appliances, make sure that you shop while Al is working. You will NOT get disappointed.

I received phenomenal customer from the paint dept. with Mike and the electrical dept. and flooring with Karie to purchase blinds. Each of the representatives were awesome. The best customer service!

I bought a trimmer and it worked great the employee who helped me with this was so helpful in helping me with choosing the best one that works for me.

Thank God this is my local Home Depot! You want extra service with a smile? This is the place you will get it!

A- needs to restock more merchandise. Cement bags very low or none. Door locks also lacking. Botiqin the store don't have all sizes and none in other sizes. Over all the is good.

This cashier Richard was a jerk he just argued with me and refused to ring up my 2 cases of water and snatched my cart from me..ITS REDICULOUS..HOME DEPOT DESERVES BETTER and to think I was just trying to get waters for my house because of a hurricane coming..I SHOULDVE SHOPPED SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went Halloween shopping for outdoor decorations and three Associates made it a very pleasant experience. Shout out to Marsha, Miriam, and David. Management at this location "Get-it" its all about the experience and Customer Service. The store was very well stocked and very clean. Well done all around!

The manager at this location, Khalid, made what was almost a very frustrating shopping trip into an exceptional one. He listened to our issue and quickly and kindly ran through our options to resolve it. He made our Home Depot trip great!

They need to be paying more attention when customer need help with heavy items like mulch, potting soil, cow manure, etc.

Placed a special order a week ago. Was kept abreast on order status. Service was courtious and efficient.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING PURCHED AT HOME DEPOT STORE, UNTILL MY LAST PURCHASE.

Same old story at Lake Mary - not one staff person offered to help. I made 3 trips in 2 days - and NO ONE OFFERED TO HELP!! Please convert to a Bowling Alley where at least we Customers would enjoy that!

I am new to the area and I was shocked at how nice and friendly everyone was at this store. I just move into my home so I needed new appliances and Kelly did a great job in helping us choose the best!

Being 80 I require help caring my purchases or loading them. sometimes in the past I've run into some snarky employees on occasion. but.... my experience on 5/19/22 was the best service since you opened. thank you Home Depot

This store has the best employees that I have ever seen. I would like to leave a list of names because they are all great and not only greet you they answer your questions and concerns. They are awesome. But I want to give a shout out to Philip who was my cashier today. He is the poster child for the employee of the year everyday he works. He displays what customer service and and brand name are. He deserves more recognition than this review and I hope the store does recognize his value to the store and community.

I shopped today for lawn solar powered lighting and two different types of light bulbs. I did not get her name but in the light department. There was the most helpful, knowledgeable and professional female associate. She took the time to answer my questions and show me the product I described. Then she went the extra mile by actually checking the light bulbs for me to see the color of different bulbs. I thank her and want her to be recognized. Tomorrow I will go back to get her name and write another review to give her the credit she deserves for being the type of employee that everyone should strive to be like.

Happy to deal with employees that are helpful and friendly, they are Employees that should be noted. Nate and Suzanne!

The service was horrible. I couldn't find anyone to help, and when I got to the cashier with the one item I did find and voiced my concerns she didn't seem to care. She could have made a difference in my experience just by asking if she could find someone to help find the items I needed.

Extremely polite and helpful and we had nice conversation during checkout. He was quick and efficient and helpful!

Been there a couple of times for my needs as a new homeowner, and I don't know how I could've done it without this store. 10/10
