Excellent customer service, as a business owner i like shopping here, they do care!

Great store friendly people.

I went to the store today 15 minutes before the 8pm closing time. I'd been going back and forth to the store because I'd been getting materials and tools for my "simple" pull cart project for my laundry but I keep making mistakes with my dimensions. I went to pick up the plywood to be cut this time with the correct dimensions and almost into tears because my plywood costs $45 each and this is my 4th time! Though it was already past 8pm, AARON & MALIK still went above and beyond with their excellent customer service. They're so very helpful and big hearted fellows! AARON was aware of my project because he cut my first two pine plywoods and MALIK cut my 3rd plywood because I made a mistake on my previous plywoods. They did understand the severity of my mistakes and ridiculous spending for a piece of plywood plus the tools (cordless circular saw & cordless nail gun, sawhorse, pocket jigs, etc.) I bought bcos I was doing DIY thinking I can do it easy. They cut my plywood into right size I needed for my project and can't believe I went out Home Depot with so much gratitude and FREE right size wood scraps! Thank you so much AARON & MALIK AND HOME DEPOT! They obviously love their work and their goal to make their customers happy and satisfied. They deserve recognition! The young ladies at the door were very polite and inviting, that's where it stopped. I had 14 employees walk pass me and not one ask me did I need assistance, I then ask for a supervisor and I'm still waiting for him to appear. They did send an employee who advise me that home depot did not have a supervisor in the store. The oldest trick in the book is to send someone you think the disgruntle employee can relate too (black female send a black female). Your Customer service skills are just awful.

If you need help to make a regular kitchen extraordinary go to Alissa Daniels kitchen and bath design consultant. She is phenomenal.

Throughout the past few weeks I have gone to this location and they would recognize who I am and would give a friendly greeting. I required assistance each time and they were quick to help or were quick to ask another person for assistance. Overall my experience at this location was awesome and I do enjoy shopping at The Home Depot.

GENERALLY EASY TO FIND PRODUCT BUT SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO FIND A PERSON FOR HELP

Waited 20 minutes for store employee help. I was trying to help my 94 and 88 year old parents purchase. Once help showed, all was good. BUT at my usual HD store in Jupiter this would not have happened.

Did online order for same day delivery for local store. Received notification my order was out for delivery. Then got a call that it’s out of stock and cancelled. Website still says 11 in stock No explanation. Just a refund for something they have plenty of. She couldn’t even answer as to why I received delivery notifications

The woman manager on duty was an absolute doll and the cashier Shernelle was very pleasant and informative. The manager on duty late Sunday night on 11/24/19 gardens location went above and beyond for us when they were closing in 2 minutes! We received $30 off a floor model, received help from 3 different employees that were very friendly and kind,and our check out was flawless! Honestly I told the workers that they deserve 10 stars for that experience! Thank you home depot!!!

I hate the forced use of self-serve checkout. I don't believe there was even one human checker lane. Instead, there were people helping me use the self-serve checkout. I will avoid this store and any others that are too cheap to provide human checkers. I am willing to pay more and be loyal to stores that provide a human checker, or at least a choice of self-check or human. This automation attempt is bad for our community and for our country. Stop being all about the very bottom line. PS I own stock in HD.

Everytime I go here they overcharge me for materials , specifically trim. I know its 32 feet and they charge me for 32.5, 33, 34 . Why should I pay for more ? This happens 3 times a week on average I'm really tired of it.
