Excellent work from all employees especially one by the name of Aileen. Great problem solver and very professional and friendly. Overall great experience!

Store needs to cross train the personnel on the floor. Penny is an exception and is a total star! Eric from Outdoor/Garden is also great.

The store bustles with people but still manages to look clean and accessible. They have moved some items to the front of the store so we don't have to be in there very long and I appreciate this during the covid 19. There are plenty of people to help which is appreciated and the employees are pleasant and anxious to help.

I had an unfortunate experience with Homedepot and its false advertisement on vinyl flooring. Employees were very helpful and help me stay calm. Tile was advertise by the piece and suddenly price jump that I had to buy the box. Over all employees were very helpful.

The store was clean and we'll organized. Clerks we're prompt and helpful! I also got good prices!

The store and my shopping experience: I found the products you were looking for fairly easy. I was able to get assistance I needed. The store was clean. Your associates were very friendly and helpful.

As is often the case at many of the THD's that I shop at, the store associates and Department Supervisors really want to do a good job, but are either hobbled by lack of training or directives from the ASM's and/or Store Managers.

As i'm finding with more and more home depot stores, they restock returned used product and sell it as new. This is illegal! If it's being sold as new, it should look new or be marked down appropriately.

Just a regular Joe with weekend projects. Not a contractor or anything like that. Have always had a pleasant experience going here. Just got off the phone with someone to rent a dolly. Was very helpful and courteous. Couldn't have asked for more.

Apollo, the lumber manager, is sick a huge help every time I go to the store. Always smiling and friendly! Mark who also works in lumber is a great guys always willing to help me. These two are the reason I go to this HD!

Rude employees

Self check out sucks. When the receipt printer is not working correctly, employees can't fix it. Apparently they have to call an outside company to fix the receipt printers.

This store has gone down hill over the years. No one smiles except some of the older veterans . The store has a ghetto atmosphere . Compared to others in area . When you ask for help you get attitudes or they tell you they will get help. Which is code for there not gonna get anyone and they are gone .

The manager Rodger was a complete jerk. . Again, he should be fired or reprimanded. But the manager Shayla. Went above and beyond. To make me feel a little better. She should be. Commanded highly. Because that's how people treat people. The way she treated me after Roger belittle me in front of customers.

Great store to shop in. I bought window coverings and a patio Door from this store late last year. Everything came on time and was installed beautifully and on time.

Nice clean store. The employees are always nice and willing to help you find the right tool or part you need for your project.

Remarkably helpful employees. Was in and out very quick, even after having to visit three different departments. Was pleasantly passed from one department to the other by three helpful employees, getting exactly what I needed.

I came in to purchase a specific item in the plumbing department. The sales associate didn't know her product aisle. I looked on the Home Depot website in the store and they showed a quantity in stock. The associate scanned the shelf barcode and also showed that the product had sufficient quanties to sell, yet they were unable to find the product.

I love shopping at this HD store on Alameda and Pierce. I've been a happy customer, there, for about five years now. I can almost always find what I'm looking for, quickly and easily, and when I can't, the staff is ALWAYS cheerful and ready to help me get my stuff, and get back to work. I LOVE that! Kudos to Danyel at the Customer Service desk for always going above and beyond.
