Flooring Specialist Martha is the best! Great product knowledge, communication, and service! Martha has provided consistently excellent customer service for my home renovation project over the past 5 months. Martha’s professionalism, product knowledge, and pleasant demeanor have enabled me to select flooring in the absence of high pressure sales, secure in the knowledge that it will be properly cut and ready on time. Her communication is professional, accurate, and detailed. It has been a joy working with Martha. She is deserving of recognition and promotion.

This location is always well-stocked with products!! MilyAni went above and beyond with helping me purchase a large order of pumpkins that kids will decorate at an afterschool program Harvest Party! She was helpful with the order and pumpkin selection and has helped me with this process over the last three weeks. A staff even helped me load all the pumpkins in my vehicle and put the cart away for me before taking a lunch break! Exceptional customer service! I’ve only seen that type of customer service at small family-owned business and Stauffers and Oregon Dairy!

Went to buy driveway sealer that was on sale. But the sales associate and the store Manger could not find out which one was on sale. This after I showed them a copy of the dales circular,?? Wasted 20 minutes of my time and they both never came up with a answer,!!

We bought bags of mulch for our house. The deal was incredible at 5 bags for $10. The team was helpful loading the mulch and getting us on our way!

I bought a grill and had issues with the hose for the tank leaking Mark came to repair it and took time to explain to me the proper procedure for attaching the hose and using the grill I really appreciate his professionalism.

More employees standing around watching self checkout than cashiers actually ringing customers up. Pathetic place we’ve gotten to. But HD will give their executives huge bonuses and raises.

When you are a CSA, the customer comes first hence the title. If your customer shows interest in a particular item or group of items, ask questions to help in their decision making and of course complete the sale. Full service is the ultimate goal as a CSA. Whatever you are doing that you think is more important when the store is busy with customers it is not. The customer comes first.

I bought a new stackable washer and dryer a day ago and the service and advice given to me was fantastic. Carmen Pabon is the employee who walked me through the purchase and installation details. She was outstanding

I am recovering from a major illness that I spent 6 weeks in the hospital for. While on the outside I appear quite healthy I have yet to recover my full upper body strength. The young men who work there are very understanding and help me with lifting whenever I ask. They are not judgemental which makes me feel better about asking for help that I normally wouldn't need.

We had a great customer service experience with Victoria at the customer service desk who helped turn around our initial experience. We purchased a washer and drier and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

We recently visited this location to purchase a countertop installation for our kitchen makeover. We were greeted by Liz Johnston a Kitchen Designer in the kitchen department. She was SUPER helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions which helped us make the best decision for countertops for our home!

Went to get a battery, store was generally not busy, waited 10 min for help even after an associate was paged twice, no one showed up

There is a young man who works in store number 4131, department 24, named Kyle, who was able to match a paint for me perfectly. The kid took just the right amount of time and did a perfect job. Very impressed.

Went for some paint, but this time Home depo did some small changes to the one I was looking for, but Kyle was there organizing and pointed out exactly what I was looking for!!

I often get lost in Home Depot due to the sheer size of the store and don't like stopping in for one item. But George in the paint department helped me find what I needed today quickly and easily. Will definitely shop here again. Thanks!

The employees don’t seem to care about the customer or doing their job

My fiancé and I wanted to order our flooring in person so we asked Marcy to assist us in ordering so we could make sure it was correct. She helped us with everything and even scanned our other items plus a 15% off in store coupon we had to help us get the most out of our purchases. Overall, great experience and can’t wait to get our products!
