We got a sprinkler and some 5gallon buckets for an elementary school. The kindness from the employees was above and beyond

We have been buying our plants, shrubs for our garden and find prices to be very reasonable and customer service terrific.

I bought a tiller price online was 499.99 was told couldn’t have online price when it said thats where to go get it had to pay $100.00 more for instore price.

I have the opportunity to shop at both the Layton and Riverdale stores. Both are great but with the purchase of a Ryobi lawn mower and other lawn tools I had a great experience at the Layton store. Logan and the other Ryobi reps were great and answered many questions about the new machines and were really helpful.

It was areal blessing having her helping me, she never gave up and went to every nook and cranny of the store to find my delivered box. Took her almost 20 minutes to find the box, which was delivered in the wrong place and not labeled correctly, in the end she did everything in her hands to make it happen.

It's a great store! But it's always packed with lots of people! Our neighbors and community would like a Home Depot in our vicinity! Namely: West Point, Utah!

We spent an hour going through plans and designing a Tough Shed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful while we talked about what we wanted and the pros and cons of the options. She is the store Tough Shed representative so if you need help with designing your shed she is the one to go to.

Home Depot associates are always willing to aid when assistance is needed. I've had to ask for help in getting items from shelves or in finding an item's location. They willingly come to my aid with a smile and kind words.

Old water wore out,purchased new REEM from HD, three days to find a good plumber to install.

I love the Home Depot in Layton Utah because the employees there are interested in my projects and go out of their way to help me find what I need to do them.

I had an issue with an order and Jacob from the prodesk along with Kayla J from customer service helped solve the issue in a timely manner. They had all my items ready to go and helped me get checked out smoothly and quickly.

Many businesses cite poor service due to lack of employees since covid. I have visited Home Depot many times over the last two weeks and have had trouble getting assistance, The extreme was yesterday when I waited over an hour and still couldn't find any one capable of answering my questions..

Trevor was our cashier and made sure to ask us about our mailbox project and even reminded us to pick up some cement for it. Then he explained the current credit card promo, and helped us sign up to save some money. He was great to work with!

I'm not someone who enjoys shopping. I usually get what came for and get out of there. However, at Home Depot the time just flies. They have good prices and a good stock of everything under the sun. I get so involved in looking at things that I've come home without getting one or two things I went for. Take a checklist. Everyone is so pleasant, helpful, and more interactive with customers. Home Depot makes things easy for you to make returns, offers ways to help you with their payment plans, 0% interest to save you extra money, and all around great customer service with a smile.
