I had an issue with a mower I bought over 2 years ago, along with the 3 year extended warranty. An issue arose with the mower and I tried to use my warranty. It failed. I went to my local HD and, even though my chance to return had long expired, they granted me a full refund. XOXO

This was a great experience of a well run store with great employees

Employees are always patient with lots of questions I ask.

We were helped on selecting outdoor blinds. The sales lady also helped by locating local handyman to help install the shades.She contacted them and told us that a call would come from them to help us install the product. Miss appreciated she went the extra mile!

I bought a dryer from the guy that help me was very polite

We had placed an order for pick up and paid online but the computer system was down and taking too long to complete the order. We decided to go in store to collect our order ourselves. It could have been a horrible experience, but the employees were all wonderful and very helpful! Keep up the good work!

I have never been to this store that I did not receive great service. I usually have at two employees' approach me for help. If I have been looking for an item, they have always taken me to the area and assisted me finding the item. If all stores had this type of customer service, it would be a wonderful world.

From lawn trimmers and edgers to shrub and rose bush fertilizer and lawn fertilizer to japanese beetle and bag worm pesticides this Home Depot has it all and outstanding service and professional staff.

Every single time I walk into this store, within moments there is always a store clerk asking me if I need any assistance. You don't always find that kind of service in big stores these days. Additionally, the clerks are very knowledgeable on the products. When they don't know about what you're asking for, they make sure they get someone who does. Excellent management.

It is very convenient to be able to look up an item online and then have the location of the item texted to your phone. It makes shopping so much easier and quicker.

Brantley did a great job. He is young but he has a great head on his shoulders. He helped me with getting a new hose nozzle. He is personable and very easy to talk to. I would recommend him for a promotion. You need to keep this kid.

Gabriel (like the angel from the Bible) and Kaden exemplified great customer service skills. They both greeted me upon entering the Lumbar department. They were kind enough to offer their assistance in helping me locate and choose the lumbar I was seeking as well as offering to assist me to my vehicle. Gabriel was patient, understanding and genuine while assisting me with my purchase. Kaden was hospitable and helpful during my checkout!

We moved to Leavenworth this spring and we found this store to be extremely helpful and quick to support.
