Being from the Lititz area and being used to very big stores, the size of this store is deceptive from its size compared to other Home Depots. I think what amazed me by this location upon parking was that there were many contractor trucks parked outside and the hustle and bustle of trollies going to and fro with materials. I thought I'd find out for myself! The lady that greeted me was really nice and friendly. she just stood there smiling while I warmed myself under the ceiling heaters. As I explored the isles, I found the specific flooring I'd been searching for along with other things I needed for my project. My checkout staff John was amazing and helped me put in my big order. So many options here - just what you need! I plan on putting more orders in in the coming weeks. Loved my overall experience!

Great experience with cashier Sarah who helped me pick out the perfect flowers for my 3 year old son to place next to his urn on the month of his 1st year angelversary

Michelle and paul were the only 2 and 1 other employee not sure is name were very hard workers and helped me everytime i went in with a lot of love. They get a 5 star and beyond. My project is almost done because of there explanation and help

I just recently did some shopping at Home Depot. The employees name is Gabriel. His service was outstanding.

The only thing unusual about this location is that is consistently great, nice, clean and orderly.

OK, except for delivery they sent the wrong tool not even close to what I bought !

We recently ordered replacement windows from Home Depot and Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also was very detailed when ordering the windows and we are looking forward to seeing the final installation in the Spring!

My experience with buying HDX Paper Towels was excellent! Very happy with the 1 dollar price point!!

Went in with ideas but nothing concrete. The sales rep helped me select what I needed, within my price range (even with extended warranties and such). She didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time and for that I am extremely grateful.

Got everything I needed from here and every staff members are very nice and helpful..highly recommend it to anyone

It seems that home Depot has hired more employees to help the customers. Not like before where you'd walk around and couldn't find an employee. Much better now.

They no longer except military discounts

No one showed up to cut chain fiery repeated requests. Got tired of waiting, ensured he ut chain ourselves. Took a snack shop of price sticker on shelf, showed to service desk and paid there

I'm sorry to write this but I went to this store looking for glass shades for a fan. I found them on shelves to high for me to reach. Amazing a ladder was there so I climed it to get what I needed, I'm 69 years old!!! I go to check out!! Self checkout and no paper to wrap my glass shades. I mentioned it to the guy standing watching but nothing!! He was the only person I even seen working!!! I know businesses are having a hard time getting people to work but we're paying their prices and doing their work!!! It's sad
