The Lebanon Crew is the best. They offer help everywhere in the store which is a blessing to me with low vision. Just a nice bunch of folks and that's why I always come to this store.

Returning stuff here is often an adventure. Today, even though I was within what I was told was the return window, my ProXtra account could not be credited for my return. I got a store credit instead. Earlier in the week I returned a roll of wire that had obviously been damaged in manufacturing and I was told, "looks like this has been cut with a knife". I had to show the cashier the fine points of the damage to convince her that "somebody" didn't do the damage with a knife.

Having great staff to greet you and offer to assist with everything is amazing!

I shouldn't feel the need to yell and scream in an attempt to not be severely inconvenienced to return damaged goods. I'm severely disappointed with the Assitant Manager Rodney. All I ask is to make an effort and not pass the buck because it's convenient. Also I called and got through to the Fields Ertel store on one ring.

I've been wanting to write a review of the Home Depot in Lebanon for awhile. I am usually too busy with work and a toddler to take the time to point out how good the Lebanon Home Depot store is. I have been a full-time remodeling contractor since June of 1999. My home store was previously Highland ave. Although there are some good employees there, that store looks like a bomb went off in the aisles. The Lebanon is perfect. Always stocked, clean and perfect. The staff is like a family. In the 5 years I spent living in Lebanon from 2017-2022, I spent almost every working morning picking up supplies at the Lebanon store. I got to know almost everyone at the store and everyone there was always helpful and professional. Amy, Ted and Alejandra at the Pro Desk are always helping me to find specialty products for my clients and are so friendly and knowledgeable. The cashiers Angie, Jomary, Mary Jane,Sue and Denise were always happy and helped to kick the day off right. Dan, Kat, abd Keith always know their stuff---if I need help finding something it doesn't matter if it's not in their department, they never blow me off---they always help me find whatever I'm looking for. Bruce back in Doors and Windows is the Babe Ruth of carpenters and has more times than I can count helped me figure out the best way to complete a project. Home Depot is lucky to have him. Peggy and Steve at customer service are always quick to help me return extra materials and to help locate will call items from clients. They're the best. I can't say enough good things about my Home Depot family. I hope whoever reads this will go check out Lebanon Home Depot goes and sees how a perfect store is run. Maybe have the Miamisburg Store visit Lebanon for some tips---because the Miamisburg store sucks lol. (Did I mention that Alejandra is the best;). In all seriousness, I'm glad to know all them and I thank all of them for their help.

Do not shop here for flooring. They will lie to you to get you to spend money and then when they fall through on their promises, they will charge you thousands of dollars to restock carpet.

My husband and I purchased carpet and appliances and the process was handled very professionally by Cat (in carpeting) and Tommy (in appliances). They made sure I was aware of all sales, as well as the ProXtra Rewards progarm. All employees show professionalism as well as knowledge, and that they care. Thank you.

We are in the process of a remodel in our house due to some water damage… CAT went above and beyond explaining everything to us and simplifying our process

The Lebanon store is always going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This evening, I was dealing with shoulder pain and could not load my cart with the plywood I needed. Nathan stepped in to help load (I more or less was the helper, lol) He cut the wood to the measurements I needed so I didn't have to deal with it when I got home. He then helped me load my truck with the plywood as well as bags of softner salt I had purchased. I hate asking for help but I've reached the age where I can't do what I used to do. One reason I love Lebanon Home Depot is because there is always someone willing to help when I need it. I appreciate it beyond words.

The staff here is top notch, always offering help and being genuinely friendly.

Bought 50 bags of black mulch during Memorial Day sale. Advised that I would return within the hour to pick up my order with my truck. When I returned, they had sold my product to someone else and told me that I should’ve told them. I advised that I did. Their only response was… nothing we can do but return your money at this point. They were rude and showed no care or empathy to the customer or the issue.

We purchase many rather ordinary items at Home Depot, including major appliances and always receive great suggestions. One thing I would like to see and that is much more of U.S. made products but this is a problem that every big box store has.

Dan helped me in Plumbing and then volunteered to help me with a few other items I had mentioned. He helped me in two other departments to make sure I could find my items. The store was clean, everyone was friendly, everything I was looking for was in stock and I was only there a few minutes. To my surprise, I walked out in a better mood than when I entered. It has been a while since I exited ANY store without feeling some kind of frustration over the experience. Thanks Dan! You are doing a wonderful job!

Cat from Flooring Dept helped us in our carpet purchase process. She was very helpful and sincere!

Braden, Brenda and Peggy were absolutely the best I have never experienced such great customer service!! They were so helpful and nice loading my 15 trees !! I was blown away by their service!! They are the best

Brad was working Customer Service desk and he did not greet myself with a hello or how can I help you. I asked if he was going to say hi and he said no; I said you are rude and he said it's like that sometimes. He completed the transaction correctly because I checked my receipt to ensure it was correct but his attitude was very unacceptable to be a customer service position.

Overall fantastic service! James at self checkout was awesome, greeting us as soon as we walked up, and offering to assist us with our checkout. He made the checkout smooth and easy! Chris and Brian were fantastic! They quickly offered to help us load a large amount of mulch, and made the loading process so simple. All of the employees we encountered throughout our walk in the store greeted us, and asked if we needed help. Stellar service all around. This is why we only shop Home Depot, and this particular location, Great Customer Service.

Ordered black out blinds for my bedroom from the friendliest person. Every employee stopped to ask me if they could help me until they found the person that I spoke with earlier in the day.

The window covering department made ordering so easy!!!

People that work there know about the department they work in parts !!!

I am still in shock by the amount of help offered by all the employees. No one made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience for trying to be careful with how we spent our money in these crazy times. A huge thank you to Brian and the store manager Andrew. They were amazing and we look forward to more business at this location.

Dawn Evans-Hall and Chad Swain went out of their way to provide us the best customer service experience possible! We purchased new flooring for our house and their hard work and determination to find us the perfect fit are what ultimately made us choose Home Depot for this project.

They will up charge you for everything even when the contractor tells you there is no price difference. If you want to hand your money away for no added benefit, Home Depot is your place.

I am a visitor/part-time resident in the area since I just purchased a home here. The Home Depot store was clean, the staff were very attentive, courteous and helpful. Very different from the Home Depot in Los Angeles, Ca. I enjoyed shopping here and plan to do more shopping during my stay on this trip,

This is the only store that always has helpful employees. The also know what they are talking about. I always get asked if I need help and am treated well.

Very late in the season to the patio game, so thankful Home Depot still had inventory. I found a cute/comfortable set for my small deck at a reasonable price.
