We just purchased a new washer and, we were totally impressed with our salesman, Tom, that helped us. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The price was great with the Memorial Day Discounts we received. All-in-all, we had a great experience.

I have been shoppinng this Home Depot for years now and lately I have been able to get help from employees without me having to hunt them down! Thanks Dyllan, Terry, and Jose!

I’ve been experiencing a large spike in my water bill due to a leak somewhere. Terry walked me through the items I would need to replace.

My company switched to the ProPlan when we did we had some issues with products. Ember, stepped up and has proved to be a real help for us. He is why we come back.

This store has the friendliest associates! Multiple times I’ve needed help and every time one or the other associate would assist me throughout the process, even walking me tho the location where the product I needed was.

They are so informative and helpful. I will be back because of them.

I was in the Kansas City area and had a little extra time so I stopped at the Home Depot store near my location. I found a very well stocked store with a lot of great Christmas ideas and actually found something for my son who is usually hard to buy for. The associates were very courteous and helpful and I will definitely stop by the store again if I’m in the area.

And also the staff is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and generally has a great attitude about questions I ask.

Hats off to Terry and Ja Nanya in the garden center. They are knowledgeable helped this first time DIY get the items I needed to build my first planters.

Bowen at the paint counter worked very hard to give me an exact color match and it was spot-on perfect!

1st went to the Independence Store which was cluttered and dirty! Was told by their employee not to buy their security equipment as it was outdated, Then went to this store were Andre and Jillian went out of their way to help us fill our needs! Don't waste your time always got to the Lees Summit Store and ask for either one of these two employees! You'll be clad you did!!

Cashier was extremely unfriendly and told me that I need to ask for a e receipt. He didn’t even give me the chance to ask. No manager on duty. Supervisor didn’t have a clue how to get me an e receipt.

What is this young lady doing over the Pro Service? Maria made you feel like she wanted your business. She knew all our names and talk to us. The new store manager assigned this young lady over pro service both need to pack their bags

Bird in flooring helped me locate a hanger I was looking for, even though I had no clue what it was called. I described what I was looking for and after a few questions she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. She even walked me straight to it so I wouldn't get lost on the was there. Thanks Bird for helping us out so i could get home to get my baby in bed.

We purchased windows to update our older windows to a more energy efficient and modern look.

My wife and I were greeted in the parking lot and by employees at the paint counter, not with "Welcome!" or "Can I/ we help you?", but with "We are closing in 45 minutes". We both felt very unwelcome.

I went Christmas shopping for a man who gave me a list of tools I had no idea what they were. Between the Independence Store and the Lee's Summit Store, I received Customer Service like never before. Got my gifts and everyone was right there to help. Best experience I've had at Home Depot. I hope it continues!

This used to be a wonderful location for Home Depot, but with a recent management change, the shelves are empty, the isles are dirty, and there are no employees available any longer for customer service.

Not the first time the HD employees have been very helpful and friendly... This particular time Rebecca's inventory knowledge and willingness to check availability before my drive helped big time as I had locked my keys in my car. Thanks again...That's why I shop HD..Joe

If you need it, Home Depot pretty much has it! Very satisfied.

Jeff Nixon, at the Lee's Summit HD, helped us find the the refrigerator we needed during a crisis situation. Excellent customer service. Rare these days.

Bought several small items and Becks Rogers was extremely helpful in not only telling me where, but took her own time to show me to the isles i needed. Saved so much time, as I dont get around very well and Becks was very kind!
