Amazing customer service!

Jason was able to locate an item quickly I was in and out in no time.

Needed assistance figuring out what tool to use for a specific job. The two employees I asked were no help at all. However, my cashier - Dott (name on receipt) was delightful - she was helpful, gave her opinion on the tool I picked out, and told me what to bring back for a return if it did not work. Thank you Dott!

The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If an employee is at the entrance they will welcome you. I have had an employee thank me for shopping there as I was walking to my car.

I bought it 05 September 2022 and was happy to have LG portable AC

I was pretty upset with the customer service here. Most employees were worried about their side conversations with other employees and did not care about the customers. There were only two employees in the entire store I noticed that were actually willing to help customers. One African American woman and one Latina American woman. The woman that checked me out in the garden center, possibly in her mid twenties was too concerned about her gossip with another employee to even bother to acknowledge me until I yelled THANK YOU. she scanned my item, didn’t even say the price, and then when I paid just handed me the receipt while continuing her conversation. Why are you even employing this person at minimum wage? I would’ve been happier with a self checkout option as opposed to having to deal with her.

Juan from electrical yesterday was amazing!!! need more employees like Juan.

When I need a special fastener, I go to Home Depot first.

Cashier LUPE was (is) ALWAYS friendly , kind , helpful AND smells good :-) every time I encounter her !!

A cashier named "Rainy" was very courteous and accommodating to ring up my paint and get me on my way to my home improvement project!!

If you don't mind waiting several days for excuses for non-delivery, go ahead.

Came in for a “quick” in and out buy, but if Dave or other older gentleman are tending self-checkout, be prepared to not be acknowledged, forgotten about, be treated as a nuisance when need assistance, plus a manager who gets defensive for calling these two guys out. Worst cashier experience ever had at this store. Put some cheery people persons to tend registers and send these old cats to the back where they don’t deal with customers.

Good staff Every time I enter that store it is very busy but the staff members do not get impatient they help every customer through the process that’s a class act in my opinion professionalism counts

UNFORTUNATELY MY CONCERN FALLS WITHIN THE "MANY" PROHIBITED GUIDLINES THEY HAVE OUTLINED. THEY JUST WANT TO HEAR HOW NICE EVERYTHING IS.

I bought 504 Concrete Step Stones and 90 of them were defective. You would think these were 2nd's but according to Home Depot they're not. These were bulk purchased not hand selected. I wouldn't recommend bulk purchasing these, unless you want to go through each one and sort out the bad from the good when installing them. It's a lot of work.

I've been commenting about the parking all the time when I do the survey and nothing changed.The parking is to small for this kind of store cause of the tremendous activities that goes on every day there.I guess the land you have is the problem and I understand that.Its just my opion.

ITEMS AT FLOORING WERE EXCELENT IN MATERIAL, COLORS, SIZES AND PRICES. HAVE NO PHOTOS

I had a wonderful staff member help me check out, Her name was Bryanna, customer service was on point.

We bought a Vissani refrigerator and very happy with it.

I returned an Item and it went really well.

We were helped by Scot in the plumbing department and he stayed with us until we had everything we needed for our emergency water leak under our house!

I can get in and out of his Home Depot faster than any other Home Depot in all San Diego County.

Unfortunately one employee with bad attitude can ruin it for the rest. Marilyn a cashier is so rude and her attitude is even worst. I shop at this store at least 20 times per month never encounter a much rude employee but today was that day any other time all employees are friendly and must important their attitude is very positive for us shoppers in desperate need of help.

If you are looking for custom window coverings, go to the Lemon Grove Home Depot and ask for Jennifer Gregory. She was very, very helpful to us!

Jennifer in BLINDS is the bomb. Super helpful, very knowledgeable and a great demeanor and attitude.

My review will be from in to out the Store. 1...First I don't think is cool that HD has all the rental vehicles taking pro membership spot that only make it that much harder for a company like mine that shops at HD almost everyday and I have to park far away and haul cart full of materials. 2...most of the personal don't have knowledge of what HD is or they just don't know where stuff is at and some of there customer service is super bad...doors and windows //Krystal and Kenya are super good. Paint //Maria is the one that I always go to she is super. Cashiers// I try to always use Marci by the rental corner she is always smiling and gives me super customers service. I've had super bad customer service and for the money I spend every year I don't see someone trying their best to make it right or some kind of discount or something. I know workers can help out with a discount of some kind I just have never seen one trying to make me feel some what better by saying sorry of any kind here a small something I can do for you.. I drive a 6.4 li work truck and gas isn't cheap so for a HD worker to tell me to go to another store to pick up product that they tell me it's available and when I get there it's not I get upset for time and money wasted on my part. I will still shop at HD but it would be nice for things to get a little nicer.
