Every time we come we have a great experience. We have been coming to this Home Depot for at least 10 years now. Today we had a quick trip in for a couple things and Cherry and Chris S. were both very helpful!!

Simply the best store around.

I bought some storage sheds and shelving at deep discounted prices. I appreciate the discounts when new product comes out they sell the old stock at prices that help the regular guy be able to afford things.

Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and he helped me quickly find an amazing solution.

I bought a great DeWalt Miter saw tonight and the staff were all super helpful! I forgot the guys name, but he is a big Pink Floyd fan and he really helped me out!

Our refrigerator broke down and fortunately Home Depot was having their Black Friday Sale thus saving us a bunch of money. I always watch for their specials and this happened to be lucky timing.

Whenever I have needed a non traditional cart at this location to put large items on, I have either had to bring it in myself from outside, or I have had to go back outside and pull one in. Don't you feel that customers would appreciate if the carts are stored in the store near items that they would generally be used for?:

The Granite Bay Power flush toilet is great--never plugs, easy to install the 2 pc. toilet and sits nicely on my floors. I've bought three and recommend them highly!

Shopping at this Home Depot or any Home Depot for that matter is a real pain, especially when you try to return an item purchased on your Home Depot card

Chris Sisnews, the supervisor at the Orem Utah store is all the reason you need he is Awesome! Very personable, patient knowledgeable and kind!

Out of all of the Home Depot stores this one is our favorite! The employees are kind. The store is kept pretty clean and their clearance section is always marked correctly and is tidy! Things are stocked pretty good if it isn't employees usually can get it for us from the back.

The first clerk walked the width of the store twice to help me find an item. The second clerk unblocked an isle, climbed a ladder and loaded heavy buckets for me. The check out clerk was kind, got me a survey and a helper to carry a heavy load. The carrier of the heavy load was patient and polite while I made room for heavy items.

A lot of times we shop there and don’t really see many employees around but this time we were buying some wood and an employee Brennan was nearby and I asked him if it was OK if we cut the wood and he offered to do it for us and was so kind did a great job. Then at the self checkout the employee Angel was extremely helpful to ring us up! Nice experience tonight and I really appreciated it!

Carlos is a real asset to Home Depot. He knows how to communicate and he is a hard working guy.

Home Depot upped their game my last trip. An employee, Brennan, didn't just tell me where to find the cement blocks and pavers I was looking for, he took me to them and then without my asking he helped me load the 84 blocks on my cart. He unlocked a side gate told me to move my truck to there and then he helped me load my truck (I'm 68 years old and bad back). He DEFINED CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great hiring move Home Depot!

Our refrigerator died that morning, so this was an unexpected purchase. Home Depot was our first and only stop, and we had not shopped online. We had a couple of brands in mind, recommended by our repairman, but little else to go on. Chris, who helped us, is very knowledgeable about the products, and patiently guided us through the different options. We were there over 1-1/2 hours and ended up with a very good deal due to their 4th of July sale. Chris made it a great, friendly experience. It has not been delivered yet, so I can't pass judgement on it. It is major national brand so we have high expectations.

Thanks to Kerry Nielson for an amazing experience at the Home Depot. I always buy there, but this last time Kerry made my visit so much more pleasant. He was very kind and showed me various plants that would serve my purpose. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. Thanks Home Depot!

I walked up to the Customer Service needing to order an item to the store and the cashier was friendly and helpful. She helped me place a complicated order and apply for a Home Depot card and didn't make me feel guilty for taking so much of her time.

I go to the Lindon Home Depot often and have always been treated very well. Good employees, all what I need and the best prices.

We got a BBQ with an additional $50 off and 12 months of no interest just for opening an account. Didn't realize that I could save some more money by opening an account. Go Home Depot!

I shop here regularly for misc. household items and projects. I am currently working with a kitchen designer to complete a small kitchen off our downstairs family room. I have found the design service very helpful and we are getting ready to make a decision. We have always had good and helpful services at the particular Home Depot.

Best Home Depot we have ever visited.

Matt saw me looking around and asked if he could help. I didnt even know how to describe what I needed but he listened patiently and gave me some ideas to help with my task and one of his suggestions was perfect (bricks to raise a bookshelf off of a potentially wet surface in storage). He helped me get a cart (because it was heavier than I expected) and made sure I had everything I needed and was completely satisfied. Top notch experience with a great, helpful, can do attitude. Nailed it!

I took my special needs son in to Home Depot in Lindon to get him a snow shovel. We met Kerry Nielson in that department and he guided us to the shovels. He and Kris became best buddies quickly. Enjoyed my day of shopping. Great experience.

This store seems to have a bit better management and helpful happier employees. Happy employees will provide the customer service a company desires, so keep your employees valued and invest in their training and livelihoods and your company will flourish.
