This Home Depot in Lockport is the BEST run store in the chain. I think leadership must promote customer service first. Every time I'm there, I get all the help I need. Thanks!!

I think the store if fine, but the new ingress/ egress policies are not good. Seems to be a stupid idea to funnel everyone, tightly together, to pass on the Corona Virus to each other. I was going to complain, but I saw someone else doing the identical, stupid thing and I figured it was our Brilliant Governor Cuomo forcing this to happen. Just like someone else, they have an employee standing in the entrance, a couple feet away from the influx of people sucking in Viruses from every person coming and going and then passing the viruses on to the many funneled through the rest of the day. I would hate to be those employees. Brilliant, no wonder New York has the largest numbers of Corona. Makes some people wonder if some states are trying to destroy the economy and the USA!

Clean friendly in order store and associates

Store was clean, shelves were stocked and the cashier was enthusiastic and friendly. All in all quick and easy trip

I routinely shop this store, as it's convenient to the areas I work in. The folks I have dealt with there are knowledgeable and helpful. Kathryn (electrical stuff) impressed me with her knowledge of product application, code requirements, and best practices. I have had a number of positive interactions with Sherry, usually at the checkout. She is generally a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating day!

Best Home Depot store in the area. Great people working there and a great atmosphere.

Make sure you stop by the Lockport Home Depot. The people are friendly (Ellie) and the store manager (JP) is very helpful.

First large project I used Home Depot for and it is the last. Read the fine print on the receipts. If your project lasts longer than anticipated and you return materials past their "time limit", you will be issued "store credit" instead of being reimbursed to the method of payment.

I was recently at the Home Depot store in Lockport, NY to complete an order for custom Bali Blinds. The manager of the department was not working at the time and an employee (Bob) from a different department stepped in to assist me in completing the order. Although I am sure it was a tedious job as each window measurements and specifications had to be entered, he was extremely friendly and professional. He was wonderful!

Our cashier Lauren was extremely helpful. She made my day. Ask of our products were in stock

i ventured 50 miles from my area for a limited stock item in this store, was treated by the most friendly, knowledgeable group of employees that i even did an online order which will go to this store and ill need to travel there to pick up. we are doing a bath remodel and decided to purchase all the necessary things associated with the project because of the friendly help we recieved.
