Great store, management, employees, items, prices. Get you Home Depot experience on. This location is on point. I am positive that people have their views. I will not argue with you on them. Compared to Hackensack, Paramus, Yukky Passaic, Lodi is above them all by 1000 miles.

Easily able to locate products. They usually have what I need. Knowledgeable, friendly associates at hand help me so I don't buy the wrong thing. Check out is really fast.

Store is a dump, no help available and when you find someone, after you go to customer service and wait for them to page an associate, they have no idea about what your asking. Go to Paramus store, your health will be better.

Very unfriendly employees. I am a regular there and always find the same thing . The help desk are always empty . After spending so much money and time I don't deserve this !! Twice I came to buy storm doors for my house and in both occasions couldn't because of insufficient customer service members

I don't think it should take 50 minutes to buy a lawn mower. One staff member could be bothered helping, the staff member from the area wouldn't get off the phone. Obviously if the shelves were stocked I wouldn't need there assistance

The employees in the Lodi Home Depot are the best! They are always there to help me with a smile and they go above and beyond to help me! The Lodi Home Depot is always clean and well stocked and I always find what I need.

Outstanding Services in the paint dept by Lamont. I was very confused and lost choosing colors he worked with me to coordinate color with appliances and cabinet colors for a very precise match. I left the store totally satisfied! I have never received help like this from an individual paint retailer excellence!

I am a crafter and Home Depot have been my favorite store for years.I visit this store very often ,anywhere there is a Home Depot store in the United State as long as I am in the vicinity I visit it.They have the things I need to do my crafting and the price is reasonable .A few cashier knows me by face because I am a regular sometimes three or four times per month I am in Home Depot. They have very nice employees who will make your visit special and will spend the time to find what you are looking for or its substitute.Last week I visited the Lodi store and there was a gentleman who was so nice ,he helped me to find what I could use to reupholster my accent chair.Unfortunately I did not ask his name ,but I will definitely look him up the next time I visit .
