cashier violet was beyond rude, shes just on her phone, never minds to ask if anyone needs help. if anyone goes go to another cashier already informed corporate.

I really wish Lowes was still in business in our town. I can't think of another time I have received such terrible service. Appliance "Specialist" told me in my purchase of my washer and dryer was included the stacking kit for my front loaders as well as the installation for the gas dryer and I STILL had to take my washer home with me as I ordered gas. I finally received my dryer and the third party installers they hired did not want to do the install even though the papers clearly said INTALL! Call the store for a refund and are charging me 15% restocking fee because they made a mistake and now I have to pay for it?! All I want at this point is my money back so that I may take my business to Lowes. I'll be glad to pay the 75 dollar delivery charge to my town. So much for trying to keep business local!

The staff of this store are wonderful team. They are always smile and friendly. They always willing help me whenever I want to need for idea or things I wanted to purchase. I love shopping this store. James W. is one of the great teams I would like to recommend with his great services to satisfy customer.

The people who work in the departments weren't that helpful if I would ask for help and they would say not my department and walk away, but Alicia who was the cashier looked up and the computer for what I was looking for then when I went to checkout through her she apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a discount which really showed she cared about how I felt and I was very funny she really made my day and made my shopping experience 100% better every time I come in she I always smiling and friendly keep it up Alicia thank you for the help

My review isn't so much about the Los Banos store but with Home Deport as a company. I'm not sure if all Home Depots are all self-checkout but the LB one certainly is. If I'm buying stuff in your store, the least you can do is provide me someone at checkout to ring it up. If you're not, then provide me with a 5% discount for doing my own checkout. The thing that bothers me is that are 3 or 4 young gals at the checkout counter by the Self-Checkouts, ignoring customers and having great old conversations about their weekend rather than paying attention to customers. Home Depot, hello!...you are paying these people to stand around, let them go back to serving the customer. The customers would certainly be happier as I'm sure it would make the employees' days go by much faster as well. I realize it is your money to do as you please, but please note it is also my money, to choose not to spend it in your store.

couldn't find anyone that knew what they were doing, couldn't find the parts I needed place was a mess

The associates are very helpful, the store is clean, the merchandise is priced well and I always find what I need for my garden, for home repair, etc. Today, in the garden department, associate Phil pulled out a ladder to help me get some clay pots, advised me on plants for my particular garden and, as always, did it without making me feel like he was in a hurry. And this is just one of hundreds of similar incidents.

Only shop at this store because it is the only home improvement store in town
