Usually able to get help if you can find someone. Store was clean and well stocked.

Store was OK but the washer/dryer installation was horrendous. I am a 59 year old grandmother and I had to move the machines out and reinstall the washer hose connections because they did not bring ones with enough slack. Also the washer sits on the pedestal about 3" proud when compared to the dryer. Installation crew did not hook up the steam on the dryer because they said the we did not have the right hoses and connects... but they were there and I paid $24.99 for them. Also, the dryer vent was not connect at either the dryer end or the wall and pulled right off both without any effort. There is also a nice little dent on the top of the washer. Also, I bought a particular model of Electrolux because the washer door could be reset so it would open in the correct direction. Sales associate told me that the install team would also do this and they refused. This experience is my last with Home Depot

really disappointed with my visit to this store was clutter around outside and in but once I got in there was nothing I liked about customer service. What happened to people that could take care of store product issue instead just going through the motion's

The staff at this store are consistently the most friendly, helpful, and available of any Home Depot store that I've shopped at. Also, while there are plenty of customer at this store, it is not an overwhelming amount, which makes for a more relaxed experience.

The top quality wood cabinets are now at Home Depot in a line called Decor. Colleen E helped me find just what I was looking for. I am thrilled to redesign my kitchen now!

Less crowded that others in the area. Clerks are very helpful; they recognize that helpless look on your face.

This store is great in every department EXCEPT the paint department. If you want rudeness and short tempers then visit the older man there.

Amazing Garden center with beautiful fruit, flower and shade trees! Georgeous annuals and perennials too! So appreciate the lovely staff who are super friendly and happy to help me find anything I need. Love shopping Home Depot at this location. The team treats me like family, joking and smiling. They make my day whenver I shop there!

Associates are very friendly

Clean, well-sticked store with knowledgeable, friendly employees. If you run into Briana, she is great and knew a lot about power tools. She helped me make a better choice in what I was looking for than what I might have purchased without assistance. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I have shopped Louisville The Home Depot for years and the associates are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their experts always have ideas to resolve my challenges!

Dale in tool rental was extremely helpful in getting a quick fix done on some small machinery of mine. The pull cord broke on a job site and I did not have the time/tools with me for the repairs. He handled it quickly and professionally.
