The website for this store listed the item I needed as 7 in stock. When I arrived, the box was empty but I found the item under other adjacent products. No one seems to pay attention to actual inventory. The checkout clerk was not interested in what I had for what I requested but simply processed the item and handed me the receipt. She and another employee were more interested in what time they got off. I will recommend this store for it's ease of access to Loop 289.

I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot. I received a call that the refrigerator was backordered. I went into Home Depot to cancel my order and order a non-backordered refrigerator. The associate asked for my driver's license, and I was issued store credit. I went to the self-checkout to get a few items. To use my store credit I had to scan my driver's license. A screen popped up that said my card was locked. I went to the customer service counter where the manager Irving and associate Julio told me that my name had been misspelled by the associate who generated my card, and my card was now locked for at least 24 hours. I asked if the funds on my card could be moved to a new card with my correct name so I could purchase my items. Irving responded saying,"Absolutely not, that would be giving out free money. Your card was locked as a safety precaution. There is no way to unlock it, and there is nothing we can do for you. Good luck." He was not at all understanding. He was acting like it was my fault like the associate spelled my name wrong. I have never experienced such horrible customer service especially for an issue that was 100 percent caused by one of their workers. They could have easily resolved the problem but chose to act rudely.

Door greeter (older man) during COVID19 was so rude, and this store sucks at CS. No one is EVER around when needed, and when paged never show up.

Cashier Naomi and 2 garden and hardware supply people were so attentive and professional.

Dwane with the paint center went above and beyond to help us today, he was so personable and spent extra time to help educate us on painting the exterior of our home. Dwane was so kind and made us feel completely cared for like we were VIP customers. Thank you Dwane for everything!

I recommend this store. The experience has always been pleasant. People work there are helpful. The store is organized, clean and neat. The products are well stocked. Highly recommended

Your were so amazingly friendly and patience with us and it's so nice to see great customer service in this hectic time of Covid 19, please keep up the good work, don't loose your smile and again I can't thank you enough for being so patient. Went to the paint dept to get some paint- needed help matching a color. A very enthusiastic young man asked me if he could help me out- introduced himself as Drew and from that point on, his customer service blew me away! Great job to whoever is in charge of hiring!!

Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to give a shoutout to Naomi in the garden section. She was so helpful and friendly and explained which plants would last through the summer months with proper care and how to care for specific ones. I easily found the products I was needing, and found the associates friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized.

Cayla was my cashier and she was very kind and courteous I was in and out of the store very quickly

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Couldn't find help and when we did it took over an hour to bring our product to the front, which ended up being wrong. Had to wait another 20 mins for them to bring the correct item. Needed help loading and again no one showed up.

I got assistance as soon as I entered the electrical department. The cashier was quick and efficient. Shopping on my lunch hour could not have been any smoother.

The manager was not educated in her position. She could not answer any questions about or delivery and why the date was changed. They need to hire more people with manager experience and that want to help their customers and do everything they can to resolve their issues.

Nothing special about this store, I would not advise people to avoid the store but I also would not advise you to go out of your way to shop here.

This store has excellent, knowledgeable staff that will work to find what you need to complete your project. I have not been let down with the customer service at this location.

Store is always friendly and usually has stocked what I need.

Clearly the employees are not intrested and helping the customers with any problems that they have are having instead they would rather be talking amongst each other than to point you or take you in the right direction. What ever happened to customer service..
