My husband and I visited the Macomb store and we were both so appreciative of the outstanding service we received! Jacob in the lawn and garden center really went above and beyond during our visit. Great service is difficult to find these days and he is such an asset to not only your team, but also to your customers! Jacob nailed it! He was kind and attentive and I cannot say enough about his character! Thank you for being you, Jacob!

I bought my upright freezer which was in the month of November and they had Black Friday every Friday in November ! I received an awesome deal !

My Husband and I had a great experience. We purchased carpet and a garage door. Tina, John, and I believe Sophie/Sophia was great associates as well as the assistant manager at the time we were there!

My boyfriend and I went to Home Depot last minute to grab some flooring. We were greeted by cashier Jacob as we walked in. We had no idea where to go, and he answered our question on where Flooring was! As we came to him to cash out, he made sure we had everything, and his personality was fantastic! We need more Jacob's in this world! Thank you again for all your help Jacob!!

While this sounds silly the store was organized very well, the aisles weren't crowded and it was easy to maneuver through the store and find things.

I needed to return and exchange an item. Cynthia, Cyndee, made the transaction a pleasurable experience and was able to get my return done quickly. She had a great attitude.

I wanted to order a John Deere garden trailer 10 P very good customer service the lady that did the order very polite and understanding

The return desk employees are always so nice and efficient. I witnessed a non-english speaking customer get mad at the front desk personnel. I found the whole situation irritating but the employee kept her composure and in the end, well 10 minutes later the employee figured out what he wanted to do and he left smiling and thanked her.

We can always find what we are looking for there. Most employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most will go out of their way to get you what your looking for.

Kelly helped me out with a return and starting my pro account

Our hot water heater broke, our insurer American Home Shield was in no hurry to fix or replace it and said they couldn't get us a new one installed for 7 - 10 days. We called Home Depot; they came and installed a new one that same day!! We are very thankful to Home Depot for their great service and products.

The employee who helped me, Cyrus, is amazing! He went above & beyond my expectations when I stopped in for some items. He was willing to get me everything I wanted & continued to ask if there was anything else I needed. His willingness blew me away. I typically do not write reviews but Cyrus deserves the recognition.

Clean organized nice

When I am unable to locate something I need I have the peace of mind and comfort of the staff to back me up. The store is also as neat and tidy as I could ask for in a retail environment, which makes it easier to find items!

I was shopping for 16 small norfolk pines for table decor. I wish I got his name, gentleman walked me to the outdoor area, got flatbed, loaded on the flatbed, took me to checkout, assisted me with checkout, suggested spray snow would look pretty on the trees. He got 2 cans of snow, and loaded the trees in my car - just OUTSTANDING!!

Other Home Depot stores in near by communities like Shelby Twp & Washington Twp. the stores have a modern appearance and nice curb appeal. Macomb Twp. Store could use a face lift..it looks dated.

This is the last 200 bucks I will spend in Home Depot! DONE! DONE! DONE! Customer service when you can actually get it, is FAIR AT BEST! Writing the corporate office to see if they give a Rat's behind about the customers! I stood there after asking for help, and the girl asking several employees to help me, and was ignored, for another 10 minutes until I called customer service demanding someone leave the customer service meeting they were having and help me! SERIOUSLY? Can you believe that I had to stand back in the lumber department listening to how great they need to treat the customers while every employee she ask to help me walked away? I am blown away that they totally ignored me, after I explained to the girl that I had just gotten out of Troy Beaumont Hospital a week ago, with a herniated disc in my lower back, and simply need to 4" x 4" x 12' boards cut in half to make four pieces and I will not bother them anymore. Not to mention getting up to the register, having to explain myself to the cashier because she was wanting to charge me for four boards, she was nice about it though, so she must have not missed that meeting! Have your meetings all you want, but if you don't live it, it was a complete waste of time!
