Was happy with my blinds

Each and every associate at Home Depot #6177 truly believes in service with a smile .

I went in the store while on a morning walk, not planning to buy anything. It just so happened that the way the store was laid out led me to making a purchase. What sticks out most for me was the Cashier, Dale. She was so helpful, so personable, so friendly that I can only hope my next trip will be so easy.

i recd a damaged fridge and they've sent 2 trucks already and neither would pick it up

There isn’t any item I ever purchased that I wasn’t satisfied with, and the few I had issues with, I was always able to exchange or get a refund. Although all Home Depot locations I frequent are great, by far the 3rd Ave., 59th Street location is the best. Navigating the store, always having the items needed, and besides a host of other things, the staff there are phenomenal. Thank you 3rd Avenue and 59th Street Home Depot.

This staff goes above and beyond for customers and I’ve honestly never had a more pleasant shopping experience then at the Home Depot

Johanna at the Returns Register was great! She was informative, friendly and very helpful. I did not have a receipt on me, she was able to pull up my order using my Home Depot card.

The door pulls were not good for my cabinets. I have purchased different type of door pulls from the Home Depot.

My husband and we’re conflicted about our choice of carpet. Endy, our salesman, was patient, understanding & very helpful!

Nomi in lighting fixtures is great and knows lighting fixtures and offers good ideas and alternatives to different selections.

Staff helpful, store has everything you need for home repairs. Also good location.

I had to return excess lumber after completing a project. Jadyn and the entire Customer Service team made a complicated situation easy. I highly recommend this store over other Home Depot choices in the NYC metropolitan area!

I love this location it’s a block away from the train (4, 5, 6, R, W, and N ) it takes just a few minutes to go and get what I need and be on the train in no time.

Frederick noticed that no one had tied up our boxes and ran to the rescue! He also made sure we got everything in our vehicle. He was fantastic!

Bill in electircal supply is approachable , enthusiastic, knowledgeable, thorough and appears to be the type of human we all strive to be. He helped me find several different products that would have taken me hours to parse through myself and diercected me to better products that I would never have known without his expertise! Bill in electrical is amazing, and you can tell it's him since he sort of sounds like Denzel Washington

NYC 59th St store is very spacious and always well stocked. Store employees go above and beyond is answering questions and directing you and oft times escorting you to what you're looking for. I've shopped here for years and it's always a pleasant experience.

When I need something this store is the place to go in NYC. By something I mean anything.

The store itself is ok but the front doors are very hard to open, especially when carrying packages. You need to replace them with easier to open doors or automatic ones.

My last visit to the store I needed ant traps and was very impressed with the huge selection Home Depot offered and at a very good price.

This was my fourth or fifth plant purchased from Home Depot.

Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Major thanks to Alicia, Irene, Love (Lae?), Raiko, Alldedy, and the folks in the paint section for all of their assistance and great attitudes.

The staff at this Home Depot really took the term the Customer Service to new heights with my trip recently. Huge shout-out to Alicia, Love, Raiko, Alldedy, and Irene for truly making my week!

It's not the inventory, which is nearly always full; it's the staff which makes the place stand out.

I shop here continually as the staff, sales persons, cashiers, etc. or helpful and friendly and 99 % of the time am able to find the reason for my visit! Barbara
