I have shopped here for over 12 years. I can't remember ever having A problem I have bought A electric dryer today dishwasher in the past, flouring, landscaping and miscellaneous items.

I think store has the best customer service of any Home Depot ever.

The cashier Jennifer was beyond excited to show me how to use the perks on my phone

There as an issue, she stepped up and took care of it. The next day another issue arose and again she immediately handled the situation.

If anyone needs help with a project or finding an item this store to go to I am always impressed with kind staff I meet there and how help and kind they are.

First customer associate I asked for help could not be bothered looking for item I wanted Told me to order online Very rude

Angel manager was not helpful with my coupon, reader was off line. I drove 45 min each way. He would not assist. Cashier Dunia asked me to give her a fee minutes. She did great. Angel did not care about me as a customer or my time. I am a pro customer and expect better customer service. He really upset me.

Have had great experiences at this store. Especially working with Amy in the Blinds department. She is knowledgable, responsive, attentive and, on top of all of that, she has a great design eye.

Tonight was a pleasure to shop here. The workers were helpful in finding things I needed for my home that I just moved into. Although many people were busy, they still made time to look up items and explain to me that I could down load the Homedepot app and also find items if I get lost. The cashiers were friendly and funny and I would definitely shop here in Marathon Florida store again.

The employees need trained. Garden: The first employee knew nothing about the area. The second employee showed me the skunk of the products I needed not the product then walked away. I asked the first employee where the product was and was told outside. So I had to go figure out where it was.

I love this store - the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Timmy in the blinds department really helped me out with choosing the right blinds and cutting them to size.

Every week the displays at the store look wonderful. The employees are friendly and helpful. If they are new, they actually bring you to a employee who is knowledgeable about the product and help solve problems. I love the atmosphere here and it is nice to shop at a place where you are certainly welcomed

The employees were very helpful, what I needed was easy to find and they had plenty of everything I needed, the store was clean and the cashiers were pleasant and would greet me joyfully as I walked by. I especially want to thank Julius who was very knowledgeable and kind and helped me pick out a few thing that I absolutely would have not realized I needed until I got home. Truly an enjoyable experiance.

I had the most awesome experience today at the Home Depot in Marathon, Florida. I was approached by an employee named Mike who asked if I needed any help. So happens I had no idea where to start to build a small deck off of my home in the backyard. Mike built me a computer-generated diagram of my future deck with a complete parts list and cost sheet. He then grabbed a cart and helped me get everything I needed. In the end, he was able to save me $499 off the total cost and schedule a delivery of all the supplies for tomorrow. Mike made a scary trip to the store for me, very easy and comfortable. Thank you Mike!

Maria and Julius went above and beyond to help me. I was able to quickly find the products I needed and get all my questions answered. I will be back without a doubt!

I was in a critical situation because my dishwasher quit working the morning I was leaving town. I went to the Marathon store and the help I received from Michelle finding a dishwasher was amazing. While the stores inventory was low on dishwashers, Michelle found me a couple to purchase and went through the comparison of the two. Additionally, when I decided on a dishwasher, she made sure someone got it down and put it on a cart. She was as glad as I was to find it was on clearance. She made sure that I got checked out and had everything I needed. Thank you again Michelle for making a bad day a little better.

I am very happy we have a Home Depot to shop at.. Everyone that works for Home Depot are always happy and very helpful. If the manager Shelly is still there, she was great helping me figure out some problems I had after Hurricane Irma. I enjoy Amy and also Manny too. There is a gentleman in appliances, I think his name is Ray. He was also very helpful after Irma when we had to buy new washer and dryer. He helped us with buying our refrigerator too. That was before Irma though.. Great people working there.

We had a pick up order of 2 fans as a buying a home present from my mom and the lady at the front desk was super helpful! The boxes were damaged and the lady offered right away to open them and make sure they were perfect. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and everything was fine inside the box! Little things like this make our shopping at marathon home depot above the rest!
