I was looking for window installation and was approached by employee, Jerry Priluker , if I needed help. He told my what isle and even walked me to area the product was kept in. He said if I do the survey, to rate the service he provided good customer service.

MANY EMPLOYEES WHO GREETED ME AND ASK IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THEY CAN HELP ME WITH.

This Home Depot is in my local store. It is a great experience shopping here with their friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Their support of the community is unmatched. While shopping for discounted items for a school garden, I was overwhelmed by their offers of support. Home Depot helps those who are trying to help others.

This is THE BEST Home Depot I've ever been to mainly because of Vic T. the assistant manager. He is the most patient, most helpful manager I've ever met. The item we were looking for was not in the store and he went above and beyond to locate it for us on line and ordered it for us. If you want phenomenal customer service, look for him at Home Depot. He's the best!

This branch is better than the surrounding stores I've been to. I was able to find what I wanted nine of out ten times. Very easy to find an associate. Associates are knowledgable and helpful. Definitely recommend this store.

This is my favorite Home Depot....the employees their are always so helpful and knowledgeable. If they can't help you with your question, they find someone who can. Stop kidding yourself, there is not enough staff & they are probably underpaid so they have no motivation / interest to do much more than minimum that is required by management (if managers even exist &/or care) the few times I have asked to speak with store manager was like I was asking for a meeting with the pope..... yup, it didn't happen....
